If I could rate a 0 I would! They are the WORST in customer service! The driver Mike was condescending and rude and rhe lady in the office I spoke with Christen was even worse. She spoke to me like I was a child and I was annoying her with my call as it was for my 8 year old granddaughter to get a wheelchair with accessories. Needless to say we pulled our business from them and went to a REAL PROFESSIONAL COMPANY- ANDREW BROWNS.I would NOT recommend anyone to use this service unless they get more cordial and positive people there.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was getting Cpap supplies through them, and when I went to pick up my new mask this morning after not having one for a week(because apparently thats how long it takes to process a prescription with them), I was told it would take another 4-5 days at the earliest for me to be put back in the system as a new patient when I asked if I could do anything to help speed the process up, she said they were waiting on further approval from the doctor, and that they would need to get my insurance from my doctor as well as a whole bunch of other stuff. When I asked if she wanted to make a copy of my insurance card to help take care of a step for them, she rolled her eyes at me and used an exasperated tone to say yea, thats fine. She took my card back and made a copy, and when she came back, she all but threw the card at me. 0/10. Would not recommend even if they were the last place on earth to get cpap supplies.

Worst customer service I have ever recieved. The woman on the phone spoke to me like I was a five year old and wouldnt even bother submitting a claim to my insurance company. Clearly not a business that cares about patients.I am editing this review to add that I was able to receive my prescribed device through another medical supply company who did submit my claim to insurance.Shockingly (not shocking to me), my insurance DID cover my device in full. The Lincare representative I spoke to clearly has no idea what shes doing.

Customer service is excellent. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. You have to be an advocate for yourself. If you are having any problems just give them a call.

No customer service.Lots of people running around, but no one with time to come to the window and help. Finally, someone begrudgingly came and took my new prescription with a copy of my new insurance card. They indicated that they would need more info from my doctor.Last week my doctor said that they had provided all of the information needed and that I should get a call from Lincare.Today I called to order supplies and was advised that the account was inactive and the insurance had expired! I explained that the new information and insurance had been provided 2 weeks prior. The agent said he would transfer me to the Endicott office...and after being on hold for several minutes, I was disconnected.I have contacted my doctor to locate a new provider for my supplies. Apparently, Lincare has more than they can handle and they do not care if they have my business.
