Very happy with our shower door. Dallas came out and really took the time to explain things. Price was fair and you could tell the installers really cared and wanted to do a good job.

Leucadia glass is an extremely efficient and professional business. Everyone there has attention to detail and high level of knowledge. I have used them many times for frameless glass enclosures and custom mirrors/glass. Dallas is the man, thank you guys for doing what you do!

I have used this company for all of my glass table tops, shower doors, screen repairs, etc. for over 10 years. They are always prompt, reasonably priced, and do good work. I have absolutely no complaints.

Our family has made an effort to use the services of our local, family owned, Mom and Pop type businesses. So we called Leucadia Glass to service and tighten the hinges on our master shower door. Unfortunately, our experience with Leucadia Glass for this small task has been an extremely difficult and unpleasant experience. The lack of professionalism and customer service will surely leave a bad taste in your mouth.The service technician informed us they could not tighten the hinges (which have been done in the past) and we would need new hinges, which they didnt make any longer. Therefore, we would need a whole new door and hinge system.Our plan, which was expressed to the service technician, is to remodel this bathroom in the near future, but for the safety of ourselves and our grandchildren, we wanted to be sure it was properly secured. We did not want to spend an absorbonant amount of money on a new door. We did, however, request that they remove the door for $200 until we could obtain an estimate for the replacement and research other hinge options from other service providers.They removed the door and informed us that they had to take it back to the shop to give us an accurate bid. Didnt argue with the service technician. They later contacted us to inform us the replacement would be approximately $800 (in addition to the $200 we paid to have it removed). We declined the bid and requested they return, not reinstall, but return the door. They told us they threw the door away.We were very confused. Why would they do that? In an effort to have them rectify the situation we spoke with the owners son to try and work something out. We were treated so poorly! This is not what one would expect from a family owned and operated business.After an unsuccessful phone call we decided to go in to the store and speak with the owner. We, again, spoke with the son. He argued and tried to tell us what happened at the appointment, which he was not present for, as well as, continually telling us we were wrong and eventually told us we were lying.The absurdity and immaturity of this individual as acting owner of this business is most definitely an embarrassment to the business his family worked so hard to build. The sheer lack of common courtesy and customer service skills was insulting.So, here we are... out $200 and a shower door. Out of principal alone, this will be taken to the next level.Shame on you!!!

I called and asked some absolutely basic questions, and the lady who answered was rude for no reason.Maybe they do great work, but get someone who can handle basic phone interactions.If you look at their Yelp reviews, every fifth review is someone repeating this exact experience, at every level of service.

Ive been doing business with Leucadia Glass for over 35 years. From owning my own construction business for 24 years, to working with 3 major home builders in North County. Leucadia Glass has provided excellent customer service, and great products ranging from picture frame glass, to whole house glass installations. While working for a major home developer, we had about thirty shower enclosures the sub contractor installed incorrectly. Leucadia Glass was the only local glass company willing to step up, and not only do the repairs, but guarantee we would never have the leakage problems that we had been having again. They stand behind their work, because they use the highest quality materials, and their employees are real pros at what they do. I highly recommend them for any type of glass work you may have.

We were at a Valero gas station on encinitas getting gas with an RV and a young man pulled up with a passanger in your company truck. They got gas and refused to move saying they didnt have room to move. He had more than enough room to pull forward or backwards. He was extremely rude cussing at us. The store worker or owner came out and helped him move his truck so we could move the RV. The store worker came out and apologized and said he was so sorry he wish he would of know he would of came out sooner and had him move his truck..

Not good! Having guests arriving tomorrow, I needed 1 window screen re-screened. Arriving when they opened at 8:30 I asked if they could re-screen it that day. The nice man said it wouldnt be ready till Tuesday. I saw at least 8 men loading trucks outside, and asked the nice man if they couldnt do it now. Nice man (without much customer awareness) said couldnt get it till Tuesday. I should have offered a $10 for tip for anyone who could do it, but left in frustration. Now Ive spent over an hour trying to find someone to fix my 1 screen!!! Not a happy camper when I know it could have been fixed in 5 minutes if Leucadia Glass cared about local customers.
