We always have large specialty packages to print and assemble and our go to place is Office Depot... last week however we had several packages that required special attention and that is where Jack Hanson stepped right in and made it all happen.. We of course were on a tight schedule to complete the task... but Jack never lost a beat.Jacks expertise and willingness to help was amazing and when it looked like Jack needed some help.. without asking.. Cleo stepped in and help organize and streamline the process.Packages were completed.. beautiful and we were able to beat our timeline by 2.5 hours..Amazing day.. amazing service by Jack and Cleo...Thanks Jack and Cleo !!!

Due to Covid-19 with more children schooling and adults working from home, there has been an ink shortage. I went to 5 other stores before making my way to Office Depot and they were all out of the ink I needed. Office Depot was out of stock as well, but the sales associate was kind enough to tell me I could order it to my home and perhaps receive it in a few days. He was extremely helpful and patient. After filling out the necessary input to finalize the order, the ink arrived in 4 days. O and shipping was free! So if your in need of ink you just cant seem to find anywhere, head over to Office Depot. Good luck!

You have a whole Office Depot to yourself because theres no shoppers here. No crowds to fight at the register or fight for attention from the scarce employees. Tons and tons of stuff to buy for your business or home office. Employees are attentive and bring your purchases all the way to your car if you ask. Go here.

I was excited to use the business services department for the first time. I had to scan a document and email it. Unfortunately, something was wrong with the system. I ended up having to buy a flash drive. I asked if I could fax the document. They said it would be cheaper to email it. But they work station was giving him problems and we had to move to another one. He finally got it emailed, but there was no way to confirm that it was sent. The only reason why I tried Office Depot is because they closed my local Staples. I usually go there, scan and save to my Google Drive, and then proceed from there. I need to find another option.

Their customer service is off the hook! I had a printer issue and they were super helpful. They took care of it rather than just sending me our the door. It was very much appreciated.

First visit to Encinitas store, closest store to us in Oceanside. Very impressed on how spacious, clean and neat the store was. Store associates were friendly, helpful and attentive, would be nice to have one closer. Overall nice experience. Took 1 star off because it was 22 mile drive total.

Do not trust the FED-EX pick-up times. Dropped a package off for 3:00 pick-up yesterday but it was not picked up. I spoke to and gave the package to an employee whom place it in the pick-up place. I was just told now, it would be today, but it is 3:00 and still not picked up. Very upsetting. Package is important.

Had a print job - I paid for it - but upon further inspection I saw they messed it up - had to get a refund --- its not so much they messed up a job because we could have fixed it, but there were other people in line and there was only one person working the print department - so this is more a ding on the management that isnt staffing their location adequately, ticking off their customer base in the process - UNSAT!----[edit 03/2019] ---- ive been back and the print dept staff was better equipped - it appears new hires have come onboard - also, i appreciate the response from management to this review - i think that shows concern and good oversight ----- upgrading my review from 2-stars to 3-starsthank you

Dont buy a paperpro stapler from here they dont have replacement staples and dont know where you can buy them. The staples store I tried doesnt have any either.

It might take you a while to flag down someone to help but they really do try their best. Just dont ask too many technical questions!
