Customer service after the order is placed continues through installation and beyond. I could not have made a better choice--Ive been disappointed with others in the past.

We had a special situation where we are remodeling a house remotely (in Utah) and needed to look at some carpet in person. Even though Cheryl knew we wouldnt be purchasing through her she was very attentive and took her time in explaining carpet selection to us and helped us narrow down what we liked. So very thankful for her help!

We had Superior Floors put in new flooring and carpet at our house a couple weeks ago. Henry and Mark did an excellent job on the floor as did Abel and his crew with the carpet.We had Tarkett Rock Maple luxury vinyl planks put in, it looks just like wood but without the hassle. Ed helped us pick out the carpet and flooring and was very patient, kind and personable. Our house is funky and has weird angles nothing is perfectly square because my grandfather along with my father and uncle(who were teenagers at the time) built the house from scratch in the 50s. We never could have put this type of flooring in by ourselves. The carpet is so plush and we opted for the 10lb pad. The carpet is from DixieHome;Hollywood style. I feel both installers were very professional and took their time to do the best possible job they could do. We are very pleased so far. Thank u Superior Floors

Superior helped select the carpet throughout my house and did the install some 8 years ago. I was very happy with their service and prices. The carpet has held up incredibly well. Last year, we decided to install hardwood in the the kitchen and dining room. I shopped everywhere high and low and kept coming back to Superior. We ordered custom-cut, custom-finished, custom-dyed hardwood flooring for little more than places in Miramar were charging for stock flooring. The installation was the best aspect of the entire renovation. Superiors installer was AMAZING - brilliantly laid out the flooring to conserve enough extra panels to do a bathroom and pantry. EXCELLENT service. EXCELLENT selection. The owner is very knowledgeable - save yourself the money on a designer and just ask him. He knows whats trending and what is classic. The junior member of the team needs some polishing (charm school) but if you deal with the owner and his installer, you will not be sorry and you will not beat their prices when you calculate in the cost of the tear-out, haul and install and baseboards. Make sure you include all those others when you compare prices!!!!!!!!

The people that worked with us, from the sales person to the installers were extremely kind and helpful. Prices were good and carpet is perfect. Very happy with Superior Floor!

We have had Superior Floor Designs put in flooring for us 2002 and 2013. They put in beautiful hardwood floors, marble tile, carpeting and ceramic tile in most of our 3,000 sq. ft. remodeled home and did excellent work. Later, in 2013 they put in high quality berber carpet and tile in another home. We have been very happy with their products and craftsmanship.

As I started researching options to replace my existing wood floors, I realized there is a lot of conflicting information on the internet. My friends floors were installed about 10 years ago and they look fabulous today. (Her home is the center for five children, their spouses, 12 grandchildren, grand dogs and other family members and friends. It gets a lot of use!) Shd told me she used Superior Floors. I called and spoke to John, the owner, and asked numerous questions. He answered all in great detail, with the utmost kindness.Drivng home from a year in Seattle, I stopped in Encinitas, looking beddraggled and worn out. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with courtesy, patience and professionalism, despite my appearance. I explained to Scott (Johns son) that my small home sees a lot of traffic. He expaliined there were many options and recommended a particular brand of hardwood flooring that has proven to stand up to traffic and use. It was beautiful.I went back several times before making a final decision. John and Scott were both incredibly paitent with me and never pressured me to make a decision or to even make a purchase.My home now has the most beautiful hardwood flooring downstairs and new carpet upstairs. The installastion was extremely well coordianted and the installers left my home immaculate.I am SO VERY HAPPY with Superior Floors. I willl always use them for any flooring needs.
