Ive gone here twice for a simple oil change, first time drain plug was not tightened enough and was leaking so I fixed it. Second time, oil change again, oil leaking but not from drain plug. Took to my mechanic and it was the oil filter not tightened enough. Made a nice mess of oil in my parking space. Not going back.
