Went into store in Emmaus Pa with 100 winning ticket was sent out with money order I. Which I have been trying to cash now for a week ...i brouggt in a ticket to cash and was left witha pain I the ads...arent you suppose to have money onhand to cash tickets

I see theres some bad comments for this location. Ive recently been going here for break.(I work construction down the street.) You think this place is bad. You should see some of the places Ive been in this is nothing. Yes parking tight, not the biggest gas station but what do you expect for in town. Employees could be a little more on point with keeping up with the stores inventory (coffee). But the woman working that morning got right on it for me.(L) Customers first. And she wasnt grumpy.Now the other woman(?) working, well I think a stick was up her _____. 😁

Worst quick stop in town. They never have what youre looking for. The gas is bad. The parking is tight. The employees are incompetent. I cant wait for the new Wawa to put them out of business.

Good gas prices but dont think they have there rewards anymore.

I have only ever had bad experiences here at this location. The parking lot is tight and difficult to get in and out with the gas pumps. The staff always seems grumpy and one of them even tried calling the cops on me for accidentally dropping a 2 liter of coke because they thought I was drunk. My phone went off for work and I was fumbling for it. I don’t have anything positive to say about this particular location and they’re part of the reason that turned me onto Wawa. I do thank them for that at least.

Was waiting in a line for 5 mins because one employee working at register and every in front of us wanted lottery. Another employee just wiping counters down not even paying attention to the fact there is a line. If you are gonna have lottery up and one employee on register then put another employee on lottery so the people not getting lottery dont have to wait 10-15 mins to get rung out. This is the second turkey hill ive been to that Ive had to stand in line before lottery people and poor management not scheduling enough employees. Its not the employees fault that management cant understand that you need more then one person on a register during the day. If iiIhave the choice to not go back to a Turkey hill I will go somewhere. Only go here if you absolutely have to and cant get anywhere else. I recommend going to wawa.
