Let me begin by saying the food is absolutely delicious, the portions plentiful. The young lady behind the counter was professional and very courteous. Now for the surroundings... the neon signs by the front table are full of cobwebs. The coffee grinder is held together with gray duct tape. There were flies near the register. The restaurant needs a good cleaning.

Love absolutely everything here! Great food and good portion! Starting from the sides - Salad, hummus, pita, chips, coffee; then the entrees - literally EVERY piece of the meal is awesome! Don’t forget to shop and take home some sweets when you’re done ;) Also the staff is very welcoming! Will definitely come here more :D

Awesome place! My boyfriend and I are regulars here and the food and service is awesome! This restaurant is always SWAMPED with business because of how popular they are. True Blue has some of the best Greek food in the Valley. Their homemade hummus and pita chips are worth the trip alone. Prices are reasonable. Recommend eating indoors or getting takeout. The patio can get a little buggy in the summer 🦟

True Blue catering was a great way for us to serve guests during a recent weekend dinner gathering. Z was was excellent to work with, made appropriate meal suggestions and modified some items due to GF and VG needs. We ordered for 10 and had leftovers through the weekend, which made quick work for our weekend meals. The price was on par with other catering options for our gathering size and everything was made fresh, which we factored into the total cost as well. Very pleased with this choice and we’ll be returning for individual entrees and catering needs alike!

We are new to the area and wanted to try out some new restaurants. This is our first local place and we have been blown away. Easily some of the best Mediterranean food I have ever had. Highly recommend the Lamb Gyro!

Not happy. Their quality is dropping. We placed 2 orders of the lamb chops. Two of my three pieces were burnt black. Portions were minuscule. Bread was hard & chips were stale. At $23 per plate this sad fare isn’t cheap.Their menu hasn’t changed in 9 years, which leads me to conclude that this is a restaurant in decline. We’ve eaten here a hundred times but the experience keeps getting worse.I think we will look for another Greek restaurant.******The owner just replied to my post and asked if I want to re-do the order. Very impressed. My husband and I travel for business and love trying the local restaurants. We were on our way to PHL and were hungry. Great place to stop! The lentil soup was excellent. I am very picky and I was not disappointed. My husband had the lamb gyro platter and loved the combination of spices. I had the vegetarian platter and everything was perfectly seasoned. The roasted cauliflower was very surprising in the flavors. Might be a new favorite for me! Thank you for such excellent service and conversation. We hope to be back in the area again so we can be blessed with another excellent meal!

My wife and I regularly eat here. It’s amazing. It does get busy at dinner time though. Go early! It’s so worth the wait ! Best med food around!

Arrived Friday night at 7:40 pm when they closed at 8 mind you, get in the very nice lady at the desk politely asked how can I help you, said can I get some food to go, they said sorry we shut off our gas already and put our meat away. So they couldnt make any food for us. They close at 8 not 740... Then order a drink and half of it is coffee grounds. I used to like this place but unfortunately will never be returning again. If you want to go here Make sure you get there an hour before they say they close..

One of the best falafel sandwiches Ive ever had. And they give you a side of freshly made pita chips and hummus. Yum! The staff is always friendly and attentive.

Understaffed. There was one overworked employee behind the counter. I went up to the counter to order. She asked, very courteously, if it would be to-go or in-store. I said I would stay in. She said to go ahead and sit down.I waited a while. Then some guy came in and ordered and she started making his coffee. There were other people in line behind him. I didnt even receive a menu. Gave up and left. Business model seems faulty. Hire someone to ring up purchases! Let this woman concentrate on making coffee.

First time there. Homemade hummus and pita chips, delicious. Had the gyro (lamb), very good. Tasted the basmati rice and tomato/cucumber salad, both delicious.

Just picked up a few ma’amoul cookies. It would appear that they are being made differently. The current ma’amoul has a thin layer of dough with a large portion of filling. Previously the cookie had more dough with less filling. While the flavor is still good with the current version, I prefer the previous version. The person I was with likes the old and the new ways equally. Perhaps you can make the cookies both ways?

Wonderful food and excellent service. We ordered for delivery from Uber Eats and the driver forgot/made off with some entrees. The restaurant re-made the food and had someone personally drive out to my home to deliver it.Amazing customer service and great grub, cant recommend this place enough.

Wonderful owners. The man suggested the cauliflower wrap (I got the vegan version without the lemoail sauce, and in its place he just put some oil, garlic and lemon) and it was a perfect suggestion! I truly enjoyed my lunch and my experience here. It was DELICIOUS and I left full and happy. It helped that the pita chips tasted fresh and the hummus was wonderful.

Excellent Greek food and great service! I had the shrimp kabob entrée which includes a Greek salad and a generous portion of homemade hummus with pita chips and pita bread. The shrimp was seasoned (Cajun style) and grilled to perfection - not overcooked. Although we were the only customers seated on the patio, the very pleasant young lady who was our server was just the right amount of attentive.

I NEVER write reviews for restaurants mainly because very few of them meet my expectations. True Blue, however, exceeded my expectations. This is the best Mediterranean food I have ever had. Period. Im from Chicago. So tough to beat Greek Town. I noticed reviews commenting on the poor service. Really not sure where that is coming from. Every experience I have had has been exemplary. Food served in a timely manner, always fresh and hot. The hostess/server is a breath of fresh air. She is so kind and attentive. This is a real deal spot where service and food are incredible alike. Very very rare to find these days. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. The chicken basmati entre is the MVP. The hummus is out of this world. No joke, the best Ive had. So good. We go through containers of their sauce weekly. I put it on everything. Do yourself a favor and go to True Blue. Worth every single penny.

I was originally gonna go to the Cuban place right next to it but they were so rude that we ended up not eating there. we ended up here instead, this is so much better will totally recommend, the service and the food were amazing. We had a gyro delicious and specialty cappuccino and I would definitely come back here!

Be mindful of what you order! Many of the kebabs are served gyro style. The alternative is bismatti which is amazingly delicious!Good sized portions. Not too much to eat there, but you may end up taking some leftovers home.Fresh made hummus and chips - completely indescribable compared to something youve gotten from the store.

Got a takeout order today with a chicken kebab gyro combo, a lamb kebab gyro combo, and grape leaves. Everything was fresh and fantastic! The grilled lamb was just wonderful and the menu choices are great. They have a great list of specialty coffees, desserts, and a friendly staff. Highly recommend this spot!

The food at this place is so good it will make you want to slap your mama! We had the falafel and cauliflower wrap. We also had the stuffed grapes as a side. Ive traveled all over the world including Palestine, Isreal, France and Germany. All of these places have their own version of falafel and they are all good but none is as good as I had at True Blue! I would travel the world and back to get more of these falafel. The flavor is really complex and the care with which the wraps are constructed really makes these a whole experience. (Sorry that there are no pictures but that is how fast we ate the food).

I really like this place. We hit this place up often; its in our permanent lunch venue rotation. The flat breads are fresh and chewy, and sweets be are nuts and gooey!

My wife and I visited today, after having some friends talk about how this is in their regular rotation. We left being pleased with the choice, and we will be here again.Dont let the strip mall location, or the neon-style signs at the entrance deter you. Cozy. Not big. Also, only open until 8 pm - not late.We started with the hummus and lamb appetizer. Creamy hummus with a smooth taste. Chipped lamb was flavorful, and added texture. With it came warmed pita triangles, and also savory, crispy, pita chips. We ordered this, before realizing that many of the main dishes also come with a side of hummus. For us, that was fine, but I could see how that might be a bit redundant.For the main course, we each ordered a kebab plate - she had chicken, and I had lamb. The marinade was also savory for both. The meat is thin, and a bit dry, but still good. Lots of rice. The veggies were still pretty crisp - peppers (yellow, green, and orange), and onions.I finished my meal with a piece of the pistachio baklava. First time with pistachio. I like it better than the walnut.They appear to also offer a range of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. And, coffee seems to be a big part of what they offer, as well.

It’s always a treat to have lunch at True Blue when I visit my Grandma in Emmaus. I live in NYC and even with all the options up there, this is one of my favorites!! Everyone that works there is nice and the chicken gyro is the best I’ve had!

Great food, the staff is awesome. Theres outdoor seating too. Inside the layout is weird, definitely needs a facelift or renovation. Not a lot of seating. Recommend you tear that bar area out, redo the walls and decor. A lot could be done here. Again, the food is great!

I really wanted to love this place, the staff and the atmosphere were very nice. But the food was pretty disappointing, especially for the price. The lamb gyro had good flavor but it was quite salty (and I usually like a lot of salt). The rice was very dry like it had been sitting out all day or something. The Mediterranean salad ended up being just cucumbers and tomatoes in dressing. The hummus was yummy, the pita chips were greasy. The pistachio baklava was the best Ive ever had, but the Walnut baklava just tasted like I was eating a handful of walnuts. No sweetness or anything.So yeah, I spent almost $20 for a meal for only myself and ended up not eating half of it.

We will come back for more :)

The overall experience of this place was amazing. Their food is delicious and decently priced. The atmosphere is excellent and the workers are very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone who is vegan or on a low meat diet or just loves food in general! I didnt have to use the restroom while I was there, but I believe they do have a bathroom.

This place is an aberration being a Mediterranean restaurant in this area; that is not too common. The food is very good with amazing spices to give it some amazing flavor. The woman that works in the morning is amazing and remembers everyone. I recommend the steak basmati with the sauce it comes with or the buffalo chicken gyro, you can’t go wrong. It is a tad on the pricier side but the food is absolute quality. I recommend this place wholeheartedly for anyone with an adventurous palette.

We love this place, the staff here is so friendly and dedicated to a great experience! They are also very conscious of people with allergies and sensitivities. My girlfriend is severely allergic to wheat and dairy and has no problem eating here. Were at the point where if they see her they know who she is and they know how to make it for her every time. Theyre wonderful people this is definitely a business worth supporting. Oh and the food is out of this world
