Mayken is the best around; charismatic, professional, explains and shows you everything he did with the car. I initially took the car in for electrical issues which turned out to be the alternator. Not only did he fix my alternator, but he also took a little extra time to fix another issue I had which was a broken hood latch. The hood wouldnt close all the way and I couldnt figure it out. I didnt even ask him to do it, before. He took a few extra minutes to adjust the issue. Definitely the best experience Ive ever had! I know who Im going to see every single time now!

This guy took over 7 days to replace a sunroof switch and replace a car battery. Not only did he take this long for a simple diagnostics, he left the sunroof console dirty and left grease prints all over my car.I had to pay a deductible for something that was deductible free from Silverrock.Do not take your business here... Its so bad Id say go to Pep Boys.
