I love this store 💜 They sell a lot of really cool items. The employees are all very helpful and polite. Everything is organized and the store is always clean. As you can see...we were there for Halloween decorations 🎃🎃🎃

Good selection of home decorating products. A lot of good quality merchandise. Prices are average. Discounts now are tied to a perks program on most sale items, so go online and sign up. That way you wont have to tie up the line like I experienced since they instigated their new program. The one cashier and getting peoples detail kept me in line for 20 minutes.

This is a good store and went here for the first time on Labor Day. They have a large selection of rugs from about 30-200$$ reasonable prices. They have good cookware and household items. A store worth going into.

This place can be a little overwhelming because they have everything! Theyre inventory is well stocked and neatly displayed. It appears very clean and Covid safe. Checking out went very quickly despite 8 to 10 people in front of us in line. They called more customer service help to cash everyone out and the line moved very quickly. I will definitely be back!

Picked up this shelf, went to mount it to the wall and the screws that hold the bracket to the shelf were so tiny, they pulled out; what a joke! Your telling me these 1/8 inch screws are going to hold this shelf and all this stuff to the wall? Wish I had taken another picture of the screws and bracket; Watch what you buy at this store.

With high hopes, my mom and I stopped into At Home in Sheffield today in hopes to find 2 matching barstools. We found exactly what we were looking for. The display of the barstools had 2 display items of the exact same type and only 1 regular so we took one of the display barstools up to the register in order to try and purchase both one regular and one display item. Our cashier was unsure if he could sell us the display item, despite it being a multiple. He called over his manager Duane who very rudely told us that he was absolutely not going to sell us the barstools and they have the sticker for a reason. He rudely told us and the cashier that is why the sticker is on there and they are never to sell an item on display. He told us they do not want to have to build any more display items, so they did not want to sell one of them. I would typically understand if the policy would not allow it, but the customer service and way this manager handled the situation was completely wrong and rude. I have worked at a very similar store in retail before and needless to say, we did not treat customers, particularly very polite and compliant ones this way. My mom and I left without buying and will not be returning to an At Home location ever again.

Google asked me to share my experience at my home. In summary, I would say amazing. However, I will add that the service could use some serious improvement. I found that I was routinely let down by myself in terms of how much my needs were catered to by myself. I can only hope that management takes note of this review, and ensures that the quality of service rendered by myself achieves the standards expected by people such as myself. I hope that my review will also inspire you to hold those who are accountable for the experiences to which you have grown accustomed for yourself.

Oh my gosh!! You will need 2 hours for just browsing. Two aisles for lamps and shades, mega aisles of pictures, mirrors, frames, rugs... Its here folks.

I love the furniture and household decorations here. Also its also a great place to shop for seasonal products. their selection of items is quite diverse and youll be able to find what suits your style! Personally this is a excellent choice for all your decorating needs!

Cashier customer service sucked and the line was long with just two cashiers one was tied up. I thanked the cashier as I was grabbing my items and she goes mhm like ok. Makes you dont even shop here. No greeting employees on sale floor neither..its a shame because its a nice store. I love the deals.

I dont get out very often because of covid 19, but I did go to the At Home store. People were kind and respectful and followed the socially distancing rules. The isles were clearly marked and I felt safe. The is one of my favorite departent stores to visit! I felt like a kid in a candy shop... I will definitely visit here again!

Interesting store. To see it all, you need to spend some time in here. Prices vary. Store is LARGE. Something for everyone here. Sanitize was available in the front of the store for carts, wasnt any interaction with staff except when checking out. Cashiers were friendly and offered discount coupons.

These guys are in NO hurry to check-out their customers. With only one register open, loads of employees lazily milling about, and the manager looking on, there was no hint of a desire to help their customers checkout any quicker.The amount of time you spend browsing through their extensive selection of great looking products is nearly how long you will wait to check-out so be prepared when planning your time for a visit.Be aware you will wait for an open register no matter what time of day or night.

This store is so overwhelming but in the best way! Their selection has something for everyone. Plan to be there a while as it takes time to really go through and find what you are looking for during your trip. Only negative is that some of their items are a bit damaged so double check before you buy but there are some great finds that are in perfect shape! Checkout was quick too!

Disappointing. Does not carry children clothing nor toys. Some toys shelved near checkout but very limited. This was the purpose of my visit to this store.

Big place and alot of unique items .

No sales person to be found while shopping. Also, while I was checking out I had put my cart against the cashier’s desk because my cart was filled with cushions. The cashier claimed I needed to take the cushions out and put them on her desk. I was confused because she had a price scanner and literally just had to straighten her arm to scan my items. She was incredibly rude and obviously hated being at her job.

They have a large variety of home decor. Includes small furniture, kitchenware, LG area rugs, pictures, metal wall art...seasonal items.

If I didnt love this place so much Id rate it one star for not being closer to my area. Then again, its better I have to go to Elyria or Warren or else paychecks would just be signed over to them. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Only negative is checking out especially late night when theres only one cashier and theyre discussing every item the customer bought and how theyd love to buy it too.... GREAT. GOOD FOR YOU BUT THERES A LINE...HELLO? but still best place for anything for the home!

Love At Home, you can find pretty much any home item you need here for a good price, especially when they are having sales. From trash cans all the way up to mattresses. If you plan on browsing block off at least 3-4 hours of your day. This place is HUGE.
