Helpful and very pleasant. Very laid back. Not the most exciting place but thats understandable for anyone whos been in a crafts store. Reasonable prices considering if you are looking for painting, drawing, designing or even coloring, this is where you want to go.

A classic, fun for all ages, if you want to design it, they have it.

The staff is always friendly and attentive. Good selection of crafting supplies.

Their store manager Chris is so amazing always helpful & js excited as you are with perfecting your craft ideas & ALWAYS knows a better solution especially sewing techniques

Went in for some odd sized buttons and the staff was very helpful!!! They had tons of buttons to choose from!

The staff there is friendly knowlegable and helpful. No long lines when I was there. A great variety of crafting and sewing items.

I do like the store and the staff that I dealt with were very nice and helpful...until checkout time. FIFTEEN MINUTES waiting in line...its not like the store was busy, there was only one cashier (omg, she had to have been new) and she never called for another cashier to come up and help her. Until there was a problem with the woman just in front of us with her coupon, which the cashier didnt how or what to do so she finally called the manager to help, then the manager finally opened up another register. She needs more training. This was today, May 23rd at the Elyria Ohio location at about 3, 3:30pm (ish)...

Lots of halloween fabric and decor

Love this location! They are clean and organized and very helpful. I needed some help and Pam, who was busy stocking shelves, was happy to stop what she was doing to assist me. When I needed to check out the ladies at the registers were quick so the line moved right along and they were very nice. I left with more than I came for and couldnt be happier!

A good place to go, didnt have what I was looking for this time but I have found what I was looking for in past times. A little pricey on some things but you cant always find everything you want in one place. I recommend them.

They had almost no material to choose from it seemed dirty like just old dirty I dont know seem like an old building and their other building in the mall was much better I didnt care for it I mean I wanted to sewing machine all they had was the high dollar ones I think there was only one of those I wanted material and there wasnt much of a selection just the things I was looking for they didnt have or it was way too expensive I wont go there again

Typical craft store seem to have anything you may need some things though are rather pricey but staff is friendly and always have what we need for crafting.

Really upset. Was just at Joanns (Elyria Ohio) & they had a door buster sign on the blank ornaments that read: BUY FOUR GET FOUR FREE w/discounted price of $1.49 (all Christmas decor was on sale) the door buster was didn’t say exclude with sale price or anything like just “buy four get four free” . Well upon checking out at the register I noticed I was charged $1.49 for all 8 ornaments— I told the cashier four were supposed to be free. She started saying that their not technically free that we are getting two for the price of one with the discounted price? I’m still confused as heck because it said buy four get four free and she’s telling me their not free?? Really would like to speak to a manager for clarification on this!

They keep the shelves stocked, the staff was knowledgeable when I asked about what kind of fabric I needed for a project, and they have the best prices around.

Employees are not trained properly. 25 minutes to do a simple return. Horrible experience.

For a crafter with 110 things going on at once this is the best place to go for me to help me completely get lost and figure out how to finish a few things and how to start 12 more. Everyone is always so helpful and very friendly.

More fabric available AND elastic to purchase. All employees were wearing masks and I felt protected but I did not like it that some customers were not wearing masks. Their masks protect me, and my mask protects them.

NOBODY WORKS HERE or at least thats how the staff acts...your invisible to them they have better things to do and when I walked up to a lady that clearly worked there she had on there gear she looked at me like I was nuts said nothing and walked away... my mom loves to crochet and I wanted to surprise her with yarn it was towards the end of the month and shes on a fixed income I new she would enjoy it (instead of her taking apart her latest masterpiece) my question..the yarn with the big red heart(thats her favorite) does it come in one of those one pound bundles...since shes by the yarn working(Supposedly) she looks at me shrugged her shoulder and walked away...not very professional

This store allows your imagination to run wild with the possibilities of crafts and projects to be completed. My most recent adventure are mermaid tale blankets for the 6 young girls that own my heart. It was so much fun to browse through the variety of fabrics available. I was able to find the perfect materials to make the project complete. Whether you are a beginner or a veteran seamstress you can find what you need here. I hope you have as much fun as I do every time I go in. Cheers to creating beauty!!

Cant really go wrong coming here if you need little odds and ends for your crafting needs. Only reason I went here is because my sister needed some yarn, I ended up leaving with some candles they had for 50% off. There was a whole aisle of them! They seem to always have pretty good deals here such as... buy 1 get 2 free jars for any kind of project youve got going on. I like walking through the aisles to see what kind of random items they have. Its almost inspiring, makes you want to create something

Great variety of planners and craft items

I love to shop at this store, they have a wide variety of products. Anything from buttons, fabric, jewelry making supplies, yarn or if youre looking for artificial flowers or sewing machines they have them too. The employees are always friendly and there to help you find whatever you are looking for. All around one of the best stores for craft supplies. I give them 5 stars.

I would to start of with saying that the store is great and I always find everything that I need and most of the employees are very helpful. I did have a bad experience with the manager Christopher at the Elyria location on Market Drive. I found him to be very rude and dismissive. I understand that these are challenging times with the virus, I myself is a frontline worker but I still come into work with a positive attitude. I thought that maybe he was having a bad day and I let it go but when I came back a few days later he was still very rude with other costumers.

This particular Joann fabric is way better then the one on Elyria. 👍👍👍👍

This is my favorite place. Always friendly people good prices and always clean organized and well maintained. They usually run good deals on items and have coupons. You can usually find anything craft related in this store. They have a huge selection of yarn which is my favorite.

Very messy, things everywhere and minimal staff at the registers. The store has definitely went down hill.

I love JoAnn Fabrics! They usually have all the yarn and jewelry supplies I need! If I cant find something, one of the customer service reps are more than happy to help me find it in the store or online. They have door-buster sales, a good sized clearance section with almost one of a kind finds, and coupons you can get online to save money. Definitely worth a stop! 😁

A smaller store but not bad

The store often has good coupons. You can get the coupons via snail mail or the Joann app.In addition to fabric of many different sorts (including holiday, seasonal, and sports), and patterns, they have lots of sewing machines home decor, craft items, and classes.The staff is not as knowledgeable about different types of fabric and their uses as I would wish, but I really do appreciate this brick and mortar store. I hope they can stick around.

Kinda high prices, but great selection.

I am happy. I found the wrist corsage wristlet and at a great price. It is sad that they are getting rid of their Wedding section.

It was my first time going into joanna fabrics since they had moved from the other plaza across the street and oh my gosh it is such a difference. It is beautiful in there. Very clean and very well stocked. The employees were around if you needed them.

This location is definitely an improvement over their old location. The store is now more visible and easier to tell if the store is open. Clean store with many different craft supplies. Enjoy their sales. I dont go as often as I used to.

I love going in Joann’s. So many things to do and look at. They have a very wide selection of fabrics and yarns. Can’t make up my mind sometimes! Love the coupons.

The people were very help full

The stock is so beautiful, and the store is so clean and pretty. The checkout clerk could use a little more personality. The woman who helped me find needles for my sewing machine was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

The girls who are regulars know me well but the people at the register do not always scan all the phone coupons when I show them . I shop with cash mostly and in 3 days I had bought the total required to receive the job Anne rewards. My job Annes is helpful when I need them . I find myself encouraging people to purchase what they need in all one trip. Lol guess a good salesman never dies within your soul

They have a lot of options for different crafts, my new go to since Pat Catans was bought out!

Great place! They just need more product that is geared towards guys. We have creative minds too.

Lady at the cutting table is always short or nasty towards me. If I ask her a question it is a bother for her to answer. Contrarily, the lady that walks through the store is friendly and helpful.
