FedEx printing department helped us so much when a young lady thats supposed to did our mothers obituaries canceled a day before we put an obituary together on our own and needed it printed into a book form FedEx print department ask us to email it over and stop by in 30 minutes and they print us out a color rough draft of it in minutes and had it ready for us within hours as a rush job the same day so that we can have these obituaries for the next morning at 9:00 am thank you so much we appreciate you and will be using your services for now on.

Josilynn was very helpful with me concerning my order I got it fast and easy and she help me to fax over some paperwork also. This location was not that busy and they took care of me I will be back.

FedEx print department in Elmwood came through for us as we were doing obituaries for our grandmothers funeral we gave them a format and they did the rest they are quick at getting stuff done so if you need work done think of them first because they do some of everything theres no job thats too big or too small they can do it all. thank you for all that you done.

Kevin he is very nice guy always help me and the other guys are very good and friendly and most of the time I do printing only but for them dont matter how much you spending money they always give you best service and the Kevin his very nice guy because at first I didnt know how to email to them to get printing but he tech me and show me how to sand email to printing the photo or label. Great place, great service! I was helped by an employee named Ray, I came to get some of my watercolor paintings scanned. He got it all scanned and saved for me in about 15 minutes, hes a life saver. And the finished product was perfect 👌 thanks again

I never really do feedback on places i visit, but after visiting this local Fedex location i had to. I was having some trouble with my shipping label that i had printed at home, and the worker there spend a few minutes to figure out a way to reprint the label for me. Just by reading this comment you will say well he was Just doing his job, but trust me i been to at least 2 different post offices were they will sent you back and let you figure it out yourself. I was in the Fedex location for probably less then 5 minutes, and in that short period of time i can see the good customer service from the staff there. An yes the worker was able to help print and ship my box, all within 5 minutes.

I payed $166 for a package that weight less than 2lbs. Did not arrive on the time frame given. And the person at fedex failed to mention there will be other fees and duties for this package upon arrival in Costa Rica. Now a gift that has a value of $100 has cost more than $400. Because for the package to be delivered my sister had to pay $150. It was supposed to be a gift not a financial burden for the person receiving it. I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I will never use fedex again and make sure no one around me does. I spoke to a manager that seemed to want to help but was just buying time for me not to post this review because didn’t actually help at all. Chose UPS for your mail needs. It will save you money and a headache.

Had a very important document that I could not print at home as my printer went down. I made my way here and cut cut off is 545 arrived literally 39 seconds after and was not allowed to print. That is one very terrible service assuring this time where Incant easily print just anywhere anymore.

They are super helpful! It’s also very easy to go to the printer to do whatever you need to do. They have so many options. A little pricey but if you need to use their services it’s convenient.

I needed to have a document printed, so they told me to email it to them, so they could download it and print it.

I drove to the store and waited in line for 10 minutes. The customer service rep was rude and never greeted me. She immediately told me she would not take my package. It was all boxed up with the correct lable, but the box was clean and recycled. She told me it was an old US post office box so they couldnt take it. I had even crossed out all previous evidence of its previous used with a black marker. I was also buying a notebook. She immediately said she could not print me a receipt. I said, thats fine, an email receipt would be fine. She said, No we dont do that. Based on this terrible customer service, I left. No plans on any future visits.

Amazing staff. My parents & I visited and emailed this FedEx staff so many times to get my wedding invites printed. They were exceedingly patient and positive throughout the whole thing. We honestly must have emailed back 20 versions of the invite -- editing the spacing, the font, and the wording. Seriously, this FedEx location was a lifesaver, and I am so relieved I could count on you guys.

I use this ship center consistently. They do a nice job. Always very helpful to me. They will pack my boxes if needed and make things easy. It’s not always quick to get in and out. That’s why I gave 4 stars. When line forms, all employees behind registers should stop what they’re doing and help with the line. Some do this, but not all. If u really want horrible service, try the post office. Nothing is ever as bad as the post office.

Staff was quite rude and dismissive except for that one guy. I know its a crazy time for everyone, but thats still no excuse. I definitely wont be coming back here anymore.

The staff is always very polite professional and helpful! They seem to really enjoy their job or at least not hate it. The cashier helped me use the paper cutter and was very nice overall.

I have to say that Matthew B was awesome! Great customer service and he even offered kind words when i expressed that i was nervous for my interview (i was printing a resume). I also love that it’s 24 hours!

They actually answered the phone! I couldnt even believe it. That was item number one that I appreciated. Once I arrived the staff was remarkably polite. While I was hole punching my packets and putting them together a young man walked over and asked if I needed help. The store had everything I needed to finish up my packets and ship them. I will agree with other reviews, it is a busy location so give yourself time.

Extremely helpful staff. In town for a meeting and I needed 350 pages printed into 15 stapled packets. The staff printed 4 files in the order I needed and staples them ... in and out in less than 15 minutes! All at 10:30pm! Awesome service and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

One package was shipped in this location heading to Mexico, and the lady who works weekend (Sunday), did not tell to my friend that the customs fee is 3 times more expensive that the shipped price, even we pay more for a specific date. and now we have to bring the package back paying the shipment, is no fair. I wont use Fedex anymore

I went to this place and location for first time and I was SHOCKED !!!RUDE Lady ( Tracy )!!! She spoke to me like I was DUMB and have wrong ZIP Code !!!!She didn’t even know where is Czech Republic/ Europe !!!For small package 7”10” - lite like a feather, she told me $325 !!! and it I want express + smaller box the price is $ 150 !!!FedEx policy and prices are RIDICULOUS !!! Terrible service. I will NEVER use FedEx ever again !!!I stop by in “ POLAMER “ - take me 5 minutes in and out !!! and price ?? $ 46 !!!!!

Last week, Dec 12th, I went here to get books spiraled and was informed that this specific location doesnt cut the binding of books. I went to another location (suburban) and they cut and spiraled my books with no problem or hesitation quickly and efficiently. Does it make sense to spiral an already bound (binded?) book? Im just saying...

People are polite and I haven’t experienced any waiting times. The prices are also reasonable if you need to print documents.

This place took 200 dollars for an express shipping not only did it not get delivered on time but they can’t give me a delivery date. When talking to the people in customer service they said that all store were aware of cut off time for express shipping so they knowling stole my money. Terrible service will never use fedex ever again because they are an inept company with no sense of accountability or good business practices.

I would give this place no stars. I absolutely agree when customers say this location will not ship packages unless you buy packaging from them. They are running a scam here and their corporate office needs to know about it. The first time it was the box is shifting too much you will need to purchase some bubble wrap. I went there again and it wasthis box is damaged it needs to be repacked and the disappointing part is that both times I was told this by the manager Carol. I am now very skeptical to ship anything through FedEx. I have been inconvenienced by them enough.

I always have a good experience at this FED EX Kinkos office- they must have read the crappy reviews from 3 years ago and addressed the problems. I have many things printed here as well as use the copiers and fed ex service. folks are pretty much always helpful.

I liked it better when it was called Kinkos. OG copy maker here.

I wanted to send a letter over seas to another Fedex center and they asked me if I knew the address of the other Fedex office which I did not, but I said if you google it youll find it there they said that they did not have internet nor they know the addresses of other fedex around the world. What company is this??? they dont have a database with their offices around the world??? and no internet to do a search at least???? what a waste of time!!!!
