Cant really expect much from an Acme in Fairlawn. They started a vegan, gluten free, healthy option section. It is what it is.

Had a great experience shopping today. In fact my cashier Nicole was extra helpful with bagging my grocery and putting them in the cart for me because of my back aching. She was professional, friendly and went above and beyond with great customer service. I would definitely recommend shopping at Acme!!

Acme is similar to all the other supermarkets of the world. The reason I like it is because it is big and has a good selection of things. However I dont come here a lot because the line to the cashiers are insane. Not good for a quick stop. But if you have nothing to do later in the day then by all means wait on line.

They are getting better. I stopped shopping here because you cant ever find more then one or two registers open. But this last visit, they had every register open and was told this is going to be the norm. Especially around the 12pm, 3pm and 5pm. Hope this stays this way.... only time will tell.

Great selection of products, very good customer service section as soon as you enter to the left. Seafood selection is seriously lacking however their shell fish are normally cheaper than the other local markets. Overall 3 stars because it still feels like its being managed by the previous Pathmark staff and they werent too great

Im not sure why I gave 4 stars other than the fact that I dont go often enough, but that bakery section... 🤤🤤👌🏾 I had to get some fresh donuts and they even have pumpkin!! Walked ALL the way from Paterson.

Best thing about this place is that they open late. They do have just about anything u would need. Its the old Pathmark that closed down. They are expensive though so u need to have the card for discounts. I definitely recommend clipping coupons if u shopped here it would help u save. I only come here if its after 10p and my local spot is closed.

There prices are too high especially the seafood and meat department. They have alot of buy one get one but the usually raise the price so your really paying for both

Went here twice. Both times the front end was such a disaster that verbal arguments resulted. Pretty much every good quality a supermarket can have, this one doesnt. There are far better choices in the area.

Convenience. Meat prices are on the high side. But things go on sale towards the middle and end of the month. Usually a long wait at the register they dont have enough cashiers.

The fried chicken I purchased was not very good. I threw most of it out.People at the store were pleasant and helpful. But the food left me disappointed

Prices are to high. Their are almost 2 to 3 dollars more per item and meat is 1/3 higher than you can only shop for whats on sale. If Dollar tree has veg for $1.00 how you have it at $1.99 your light bill cant be that high

Exellant service in bakery cakes are very good had special cakes made for parties. My guest wanted to know what bakery I went to,everyone was impressed when I said Acme.Deli is the same catered my parties and the food was excellent and the service was above and beyond.

Dont like the buy one get one free products. At the end of the day even when you divide the pricing for the 2 items its overpriced. Dont mislead people. Just offer competitive pricing.

I go there cuz its super close to my home but Its a busy place so expect a long wait in line, never enough cashiers, aisles arent marked. 2 stars cuz they have pretty good equality of food and staff is super nice, must suck for them to work there. Hope this helps !

Bought meat and came home to cook it, it smelled awful. Turns out it was rotten meat. I also bought smoked bbq flavored pork ribs. I didn’t realize that the foil packaging was damaged and sauce was leaking on the cardboard box. Not going back ever again.

Managers have horrible atttitudes. Always 2 cashiers open while store is busy which creates long lines. Food is definitely overpriced, would recommend going to Shoprite.

Its okay to find something quick to fix a quick meal but I wouldnt shop there everyday

They only have one register open most of the time. Im talking 8 pm on a saturday night and they have one register open. This place needs to hire more people so lines of 15 + people dont happen

The food is fresh ,the store is always clean plus this store hire people from different ethnic groups & back rounds.

Most of the products here are very pricey as compared to other stores locally. Most items seem to be 30 to 80% above local stores in cost. Their Meats and Deli are always very clean and fresh and high in quality. They also have a decent selection of cheese. The bakery is also a plus. Pricing was almost bearable in combination with the 24-hour store hours. As of April 1st, they are no longer open 24 hours. They now close at 1 a.m. and open at 5 or 6 a.m. . With that convenience lost I find myself skipping them and going straight to ShopRite

Store has great variety. Larger selection of organics and specialty foods. Meat isnt always fresh.

The store has long lines the majority of the time with only 2 cashiers who are moving as if they just got finished moving(furniture). No self check-out line. The meat is a weird color, fruit has mold on them, damn near everything in the store is expensive and its like they raise the price on certain things every week, so theyll raise the prices so the old price is now the sale price which is still expensive and the new prices are absurdly high and ridiculous. To get a sale price on certain items I gotta buy like 6 of something to get it for the sale price for example, if mayonnaise is1.99, I gotta buy 6 of them to get it at 1.99, but now if I do something that stupid, now Im spending more money and I only wanted 1. Why would I need 6 jars of mayo, relish, or any other type of food youre tryna get me to buy with your terrible deals. I left the basket of food in the aisle and just left because it ended up being expensive and I didnt feel like waiting 2 hours in the only line with 15 people in front of me. The prices are way too high. Some of the cashiers are cool. They always speak.

These ladies at the front desk are so helpless. Made me spent more than half an hour over a moneygram transaction. I had to cancel it.Satisfaction 0.I’m still upset.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I never seen that before like this place. The parking lot was so uncleaned and the garbage everywhere. The shopping carts was on parking spot and I couldnt even park my car. And last one it super expensive store. I went to buy strawberry, but it was so bad looking of that strawberry and $3.99??? For what? This is was my last visit to this store

When ACME took over from Pathmark they got rid of the self-checkout lanes for some reason. Large variety here though, average grocery store but decent discounts

Well, it is a nice grocery store, it was Pathmark before. Maybe, it the nostalgia, but I liked shopping there more when it was a Pathmark.

Lack of cashiers - Standing in line now at the only line for more than 15 items. They have 3 express lanes open and Its 3 in the afternoon.
