July 2021 update: Since the pandemic, the service has bombed. Tried so many times to get in contact with them but due to their lack of response I eventually I decided to find another printer.The printing business is not what it used to be. Only a handful of printers that do the kind of work that G&H Soho does and fewer at the competitive prices they offer. But fewer still have owners who actually cherish the business and customers as Jerry does. All the staff are friendly and it’s great doing business with them. Honest folk who do good work.

Working with Jim Harris of G&H Soho has been a great experience. He has taken the time out to sit with us and go over covers and details for my companys books. The turn around from manuscript to fully printed product ready for market has been great! Also, feel very comfortable through the process of bindings, covers, and different printing options as Jim, has always made himself available to answer any of my inquires, comments, or concerns. G&H Soho is an amazing company to work with as I continue to do business with them.

We are a small nonprofit, not a book publisher, but we wanted to create teaching manuals, anthologies of the works of our writers and book-length memoirs, never knowing how many copies we might need. Our experience was so amazing that before long we had published seven books in four different formats. Jim was so much more than a printer; he quickly became a dear friend and advisor, leading us through every step of the way. Although each new book required a different strategy, he was always there to help us to plan. Whether we receive a donation that allows us to do a print run of 1000 copies or more, or whether we eek by with 20 copies at a time, Jim is always there to help us come up with the best solution. He is there in times of sudden fast orders, and he makes sure that each new book is a work of art. It is a rare thing to combine this sort of availability and quality production.
