Horrible and dishonest vendor. They dont ship what they sell. Also if you buy something if it says KhanaPakana brand, stay clear, they put items in clear plastic bags, no label on them whatsoever. You have no idea what is the origin, what is the weight or any nutritional labeling.Do not use PayPal with this vendor as well.Live and learn...STAY CLEAR!!!

They sent all the expired products. Additionally, the brand as well as the quantity didnt match (received 2 instead of 3); however, they charged us the same net price. Would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone!

They sent me few items from the order. Rest never came. Even the stuff that came, they sent me the wrong stuff. (They sent me dahi vada mix when I had ordered dosa mix. They sent me Mathia khakara when I ordered regular khakara). I tried to get refund they refused to provide it. Beware. I rarely write any reviews but please beware of these people.

Almost after a week they email that these items are not available and we have shipped the remaining items and the refund will be processed for the items which were not shipped. They don’t even call and ask us that does he want the remaining items or not.since they have processed the refund and still I can’t see it in my statement. And I call the customer care, they are not even cooperating and he said all our polices are mention on website . So be careful while ordering anything with them.

Had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered 12 cans of Kraft cheese. When I received my order they sent me smaller size than what I have ordered. Although I was charged for the bigger size. I made 4 calls until I was able to speak to someone. I explained the problem and I demanded for reasonable refunds since I didnt get the right size. I was told they will only refund me $3. I asked them to send me a postage paid packaging so I can return the product to them since I paid $8.99 to ship my order to me. They refused so now my bank is dealing with them. This was my first time to do business with them and it was horrible. I will never ever deal with these people.

Buyer Beware! Horrible product, packaging, customer service. My package arrived damaged to my recipient (it was a gift). The recipient didn’t have the heart to tell me in the 7 day window nor did he think to take photo evidence. Customer service representatives were not helpful. They threatened to take legal action if I told my story in the form of a review. I’m not surprised by the other bad reviews. Embarrassing.

Have had a very bad experience with them. Tried ordering a lot of stuffs from them and after a week they email that these items are not available and we have shipped the remaining items and the refund will be processed for the itmes which were not shipped. And then it has been almost 10 days since they have processed the refund and still I can’t see it in my statement. And whenever I call the customer care, they are not even cooperating. They say that the call is being recorded and you are threatening us to write bad reviews. I told them that whatever is the truth I am going to let others know about it.After that when I receive the shipment, the packaging was damaged and since it was food stuff, it was all around the other packets in the same shipment. And then the same stuff was all around my carpet at home. Would never ever choose to order from this website. And I would never recommend anyone else to do so.Please reach out to me for any clarifications.

I’ve placed an online order with them 3 times altogether and all 3 times they never gave me a credit back for the out of stock items that were not shipped.Every time I had to email them after more than 30 days had passed (since I have received the shipment) to remind them to give me the refund.Other than that, they have good variety and good prices in online shop.Just don’t forget to get your money back for the items you never received.

Well, i was next in line and ordered from these AH people inspite of reading the reviews and it happened to me. Received damaged order and no way to resolve the issues or receive a replacement of a refund.Pathetic and rude customer service with no resolutions. This is not how a business is conducted.I know some people will read this, and still order from them thinking Its going to be ok..... Not too long from then, they will post a similar review like mine.

Very friendly customer service and got my order really fast with all the items what i ordered before the expected delivery time. will highly recommend to shop from them and 5 STARS will come back soon.

WORST PLACE TO SHOP!!!!!! THESE GUYS HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 7 packs of cerelac stage 1 on Aug 4 .On August 15 they sent me an email saying they dont have the product at the store and they cannot even source it . They said that the refund will be given in 2 to 4 business days. Since I had used a visa rewards card to pay for the order, I requested them for a store credit so that I could purchase something else from there website.Until today ( September 18) , I have sent them 12 emails and 1 phone call and they have not provided me a store credit . When I try to follow up , they say either there accounts department are having an error or make some excuses.It has been my worst experience shopping at Khana Pakana website. I dont understand why would they list something to sell online if they dont have it or they cannot even source it.

This place have to be closed down and I’m working on it to close it down they stole my money they send people the wrong items different from their website nobody order from Indian I’m posting this so people know but if they don’t refund my money I’m going to their store and take it my way I hope they see this message
