Consistently short staffed. Employees are clearly very unhappy with their work environment.

Staff is very young, and employee training seems to be inadequate.Youll typically find what you need, but always expect there to be long wait time to cash out.

Employees are not helpful and they lie about items being discontinued. All they do is stand around and talk about their personal problems .... From now on Im driving the extra mile to go to the party city on new Hyde park rd they dont even deserve the one star

THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED I CAME ALL THE WAY HERE AND ITS NOTHING THERE !!

Sells expired candy, talked to customer service about it and told them to change stock. They replied: most of our candy is expired.
