If I can this store zero stars I would .. first off there very rude at this location please if you have to purchase here please make sure they give you the correct information when purchasing a item and correct time for delivery.. Pierre and Carson are highly rude when I’m asking question about my order I purchased .. very impatient, screaming at me on the phone … I’m going to make formal complaint to cooperate about this Manner.

I have been a PC Richards & Sons customer for years. I have met some great mangers and sales associates along the way. However, no one can top the customer service of Mr. Clarel and Mr. Carson. Words can’t express my sincerest gratitude for the service that was given to me, by these two gentlemen. Mr. Clarel went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was a satisfied customer. I truly appreciate his time and all of his efforts that were made. The best part is that it wasn’t in vain because it was actually beyond my expectations. Mr. Carson, his right hand man, is just as sincere and also went above and beyond to assist me with finding something that I have been looking for and couldn’t find. In life, we face obstacles. Things come into our way, and we find them to be insurmountable. Faith becomes a non-existent concept. Hope shifts to being synonymous with the status of the famous “dodo bird” - extinct. However, this one person was the light in the darkness. Mister Caleb Regi is one of the finest young men in the entire known universe. If you are ever stressed out about which product to buy or if you’re stressed out about life in general, Caleb is the guy you go to. His character is indicative of how great this management is. Great staff with beautiful characters, that always take care of every customer’s needs. So I ask myself, “How is this place real life?”, as it’s unbelievable how great their service is. You become sad when you leave the building, as it brings you so much happiness during your time there. But as the highly-revered Tony Stark once said, “Part of the journey is the end”. 😘

It’s nice to speak to a representative who is so proactive. Pierre was very pleasant, patient and helpful and has a very positive attitude. I admired his honesty, fairness, and professionalism. The store manager was very helpful as well.

The salesperson was nice. However, the management team is very rude and not helpful. I have issues with my delivery, no one was willing to help. Once you buy and they get their commission, you are on your own. This is mostly specific to the Elmont branch, not PC richards in general. My experience was completely different going to the stores in New Hyde Park and Levittown. Just avoid that branch as much as possible.

Sharon was so patient and informative. As a mom who had experience sending 2 sons to school, she knew just what we needed for my son ‘s move into college.

Ive been buying from this location for at least 12 years now. My kitchen appliances, my TVs, the Washer and Dryer, you name it. Would never even think of going anywhere else. I call on the phone, service from everyone is fabulous and the prices are competitive. I always talk to Craig when I call, he knows his stuff, advises me well all the time on any product. We are never disappointed.

No customer service AT ALL!!! Theres an older gentleman of Indian persuasion in the appliances area.(I came to buy a Refrigerator, Gas Range Oven, and overhead Microwave all by Samsung). He was not helpful AT ALL! Its like I was bothering him. I would ask simple questions and he was very short with me. I walked out and made my purchase at LOWES...where the customer service was EXCELLENT! Just awaiting their arrival! Ill NEVER step foot in PC RICHARD & SON especially that one one Linden Boulevard.Thxx for nothing.Update as of May 25th...So CARSON & JOHN from PC RICHARD & SON are AHHMAZING. I came baq to the store because I know that there are some great associates there. (I bought my Friedrich AC from there last year and Carson was great). Carson and John made sure I was taken care of, answered all my questions and I got my refrigerator from them! Soooo Im changing my rating of 1 star TO FIVE STARS! Cya next year! Im a happy customer! I recently bought a freezer from Pc.Richard from the Elmont store, the agreement was to pick up my old freezer, after they deliver my new freezer, the service was tacky, the 2 men was rushing to leave, they didn’t turn the new freezer on the right side, I had to do it , the 2drivers didn’t try to removed the old freezer, complaining about it’s not going to fit, poor service they didn’t try to remove my old freezer, it’s still here, I am so upset with the service that was given to me!!!

I came in for a computer and John helped me out. He was excellent and gave great service. I want to say thank you for the excellent service.

During one of the many heatwave days. My A.C. died. So as you can imagine it is extremely difficult finding an A.C. that has a high EER. at a decent price in stocks anywhere under those circumstances.Having done my homework @ home. I knew exactly what I wanted.When i told a salesman what I wanted he was I pretty quick to get a unit on a hand truck rushing it to my car before I had a chance to inspect it.Sure enough. When I got home. It turned out to be an Open-box item. I promptly returned it. The store manager seemed indifferent. But after speaking to an assistant manager. I was able to get a replacement. I will stress that I only put up with the bologna because I was in a really bad (desperate) spot. But I would Never give this place my business again! HORRIBLE!!!

I highly recommend the PC Richard store located in Elmont, NY. The associate I worked with; John Mancuso, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He told me which brands he liked best, what their top sellers were, and explained the distinctions between different products. When I walked in no one really was available to help me. I walked out and went to another store and ai was charged exuberant amount of money for a television that was advertised elsewhere for far less than what they were charging. Very disappointed. Definitely will think twice (or three times) before shopping there again.
