Used to love this store. Very disappointed yesterday. The aisles were confusing. There seemed to be only one person working the floor including the info desk. B&N management seem more interested in selling toys than books. I was unable to find anything that peaked my interest, which was impossible in the old days. I will be looking for an alternative for now. I really used to love this place.

Barnes and noble is a really nice place, but there books are pretty expensive. Like my mom and I got this book called holes by Louis Sacher, and we bought it for $10 but we looked after on Amazon and the book was like $3. Plus I have a peanut allergy, so I cant eat any of the baked goods at there Cafe. But overall the place is a nice place to get books, and they have a cute little kids section too. They usually have seating and this cute train set table in the kids area but since COVID, they cant have it out.

I always love going and grabbing a drink from their Cafe then roaming around the romance section for awhile. They have a great selection of different genres!

I usually go for their manga section, and to check their KPop collection. They are good about getting newer releases from some companies better than other they will usually have KPop wise, Monsta X, EXO, BTS, Tomorrow x Together and a handful of others.

Its a relaxing place to go. Plenty of areas to sit and enjoy reading or researching, and there are other quiet entertaining choices within Barnes and Nobles (Games/puzzles). The Coffee & Dessert Cafe is pleasant, too!

They have a mystery date book at B & N, wrapped in brown paper and with a brief description. My daughter and I picked two to read. Were excited to try this!

I went into the store with my girlfriend and her 2 sons to find some Pokemon cards, as we had heard that they were sold there and havent been able to find them anywhere else. We walk in and ask the polite customer service person and she says there was a limit of 2 packs per customer. I proceeded to ask if we could do 2 packs for each of us so that the kids could have more to play with. She was unsure and called her manager to the front. The manager came up and started yelling at us and saying how its against the rules. Even so, she literally yelled at us (including the kids) as patrons. That behavior was completely unacceptable. Im only giving 2 stars because the cashier herself apologized was very kind and sympathetic to the situation, but I would love to see the manager fired if thats how she treats customers.

Its a nice place to get good books at a good price.

Always has that familiar smell of hasek nut and books, pretty calming, had to get the D&D monster manual here, walmart doesnt stock it, luckily I got it, too bad the prices are much higher at Barnes & Noble

Great place to buy books and manga, if they dont have what you are looking for the staff will gladly search online for you.

Great place, books are fair price. They have such a variety from true crime, history, science books for college etc. Can find pretty much what you are looking for. Also have quite different collector items. Staff is fantastic, nice very helpful. All around great place.

Ok, I drive an hour to get a book for my nephew that my local Barnes and Noble didn’t have. An awesome employe came by and asked if I needed help finding anything. They looked for a solid ten minutes before I decided to just have it shipped to me. I browse around looking for about twenty minutes seeing if there was anything else my nephew would like for his birthday. I go check out and the cashier is confused, the book we were looking for was found and put up front for pick up.She asked another employee at the front and asked what was going on with that and he just shrugged and said I dunno. I thought oh great I don’t have to wait for it to be shipped. So instead of just giving me the book I had just payed for I now have to wait for them to ship it. It’s a book store, shouldn’t the employees be at lease a little bright?It’s called communication, it’s not rocket science. My inner Karen wanted to flip out but I’m a manager in retail and I understood it wasn’t their fault. Shout out to the employee who did her best to find it for me.

My daughter and I stopped by to browse. The employee asked if we needed help. She was very engaging. She recommended a book for us to read.

Staff is helpful and barista at coffee shop is very diligent with making sure tables are clean. Im never disapointed with the book selection for both myself or my daughter.

Love the selection of books. I was in a hurry and it took me a minute to find what I needed but i do believe it is organized pretty well.

Still the best way to finish a trip to Big Flats, browsing for a new read, magazine or a fresh journal. Even with Social Distancing, theres plenty of room and helpful staff to find your next favorite book!

You have to try there iced Carmel Macchiato...The way I like it is : 2 pumps expresso, extra Carmel drizzle and to top it all off with some extra whipped cream.... its one of the most amazing drinks on there menu !!!

It was very clean at B&N. The gentlemen working were very helpful as I had a couple questions while I was there. It was right before closing and I didnt feel rushed at all. Everyone was wearing a mask.

Went here for new summer magazines. All magazines were outdated by a full season. They still had March April issues on the stands in mid JULY. I understand they have been closed for Covid 19 but they have been reopened for weeks. At least take out magazines more than 2-3 months old! Very disappointed.

Redone for covid very nice staff and actually the setup is kind of cool. Biggest thing was the cashier who was following every procedure they seemed to have in place and he was just great to the customers

The staff was very helpful in finding what we were looking for. The place was clean and organized throughout. Large selection of age appropriate items besides books, creative kits, educational tools, etc. Also the best puzzle selection available locally. Love it!

A huge, atmospheric spot to find books and more with helpful staff and a convenient layout. Barnes and Noble has transformed themselves in the past decade into more than a book store and has become a trendy, comfortable go-to store to find books, memorabilia, board games and activities, or just sit and have a bit to eat or drink. Theres a cozy cafe area, easily laid out sections to find what youre looking for (and a help desk if you still need assistance!), and an extensive childrens section in the back. I found everything I wanted and more. The line was a bit long but theres enough registers that it shouldnt happen too often. An amazing store for sure.

Relaxing atmosphere. Well stocked and a lot of good sales. Only wish there was more seating for going through books. The line to wait to checkout was long, so plan extra time if purchasing. Employees were friendly and helpful overall.

Found what I was looking for. Staff was wonderful but the cafe was swamped with a really long wait. They did a great job but could have used another person. Would definitely return but I hope they get more staff for Starbucks.

I love books and this is my Favorite chain of book stores. Easy to find what I want and even sit and read. They can order anything in print, usually among the best prices. Have some coffee or tea at the cafe, read a book, or enjoy a game of chess.

Just walking in the door is a pleasure. You are greeted by the wonderful aromas of quality coffee and baked goods, very welcoming. The selection of books is very good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Barnes and Noble is a comfortable place to shop.

Its just like any other B&N. But the staff here is really nice. And no one gets pissed if you sit in the floor with a book. I would recommend that they get more seating tho.

After Christmas sales were pretty good. Received buy one get one free cookie on my receipt. So my daughter and I used coupon. We always stop there when were r in the area!

Love coming here I dont get to make enough trips here as I would like the prices leave something to be desired but I guess thats the cost ofbgetting something immediately on an impulse buy. I do love the quiet atmosphere

My family could spend hours in this store and we always leave with a bag full of new books. Very helpful employees and relaxing atmosphere. Something for everyone!

We went for the Harry Potter Yule ball but I think Barnes and Noble failed the fans to a huge degree. It was more geared towards elementary aged kids but there are so many fans that are now in their 20s that love HP and Barnes and Noble really left them out of the whole thing. Plus online it said the event went from 7 - 11pm but they closed at 9pm sharp! Other than that.. B&N is.. B&N :)

Horrific service for institutional orders. Two months, missing books, unreturned emails, blatant lies from store manager. It’s no wonder brick and mortar stores are going out of business. Will definitely be finding a new book distributor.

Nice book store, wish they didnt take out their comfy seats for reading... my kids love the kid area but their train table has seen much better days lol well loved.

If you are an avid reader, and waiting for internet book orders is excruciating for you, then B&N is a good option to relieve the anxiety of patience. Broad selection. Weekly discounts. But, most importantly, B&N usually houses a Starbucks inside its walls.Note: Amazon will have the book you are looking for at a cheaper price. However, Amazon currently lacks the ability for readers to purchase their books, grab a coffee, and sit down to begin their literary adventure.

Always find what I want. This time it was bird identification books. I gave bird feeders for Christmas and now they need to name the birds!!!!
