I was looking to purchase an Indian Scout and there was quite a long wait time(1 1/2 months) I put a down payment and patiently waited. My salesperson, Nilo, kept me up to date on the status. Then surprisingly 2 weeks later on a Friday, he called me and told me my bike has arrived and will be ready the following Monday. Came to pick up the bike and was in an out of there in less than an hour. Thanks to Nilo & Route 66 for a great experience!

Great inventory and selection. The staff here was outstanding, and every one of them were focused on customer service and making sure I was taken care of. They gave me a more than fair offer on my trade and made me a great deal on a bike I wanted. If you are looking for a bike, look here first and save yourself the hassle. They also offer nationwide shipping if you need, but I rode the 3000 mile round trip to swap bikes.

I worked with Issac and the experience was easy, quick and very enjoyable. Overall I would have to rate this experience a 10/10. Thomas as well in the back office was very informative and puts everything on the table for you to see in terms of contracts and other important information.

What a great experience at the dealership. I love my new motorcycle. Mike Kay (sales guy) was great. He was there with all the answers from my side. I had two options in mind but Mike was great helping me to choose the right bike for me and my wife. Had a small issue after 44 miles driving but the tech support was great and they fixed the issues right away. New technology on these new Bikes now but they were there to explain all these things to me. Mike really went above and beyond even after sales following. I told the guy at the time I bought it that he was really great and impressed me how the guy was handling customers around him. Highly recommended. If you go there ask for Mike!!!!I am ready with my wife for my touring with my new and great Bike

Even though the bike was delayed by 4 months from the manufacturer, the sales team (Mike)was great to work with. Tim was patiently responsive to all my emails. Would highly recommend.

*Edited After Returning to Store* I originally gave them two stars because I bought the bike I wanted and all I am going to say is that the salesperson I worked with did not make my experience enjoyable. The dealership is clean and with a huge selection. Everyone behind the scenes are wonderful to work with. If you go to buy, ask for Nilo and then enjoy all the other pleasant staff in parts and service as well (even the finance guy was fun as well).

The minute you walk in the atmosphere is bad. No one greets you and they just look. Took sometime for someone to actually come and asked if I needed help. They also didn’t offer to see if I wanted to test ride the bike, just wanted to sell it to me. Eric the salesman wanted 25% more of MSRP in fees, such thieves! Stay away from these people, they only want to rip you off. I went with the Indian dealer in Racine, WI and complete opposite, they even got me a lower APR, half of what these people wanted and won’t be paying crazy fees.

A BIG beautiful Indian dealership. The inventory of new and used machines is fantastic. And the Route 66 Indian Motorcycle Riding Group is a well organized, friendly bunch. Top notch!

Waste of time. The guy calls me and knows exactly which motorcycle I want to buy. Tells me to come to check out a bobber which I inquired about yesterday. They have me sit on the motorcycles to try them out to say they dont have the other one in stock. Would have been nice to know they did not have the one I wanted in stock. Should have known better by other peoples reviews.

Not impressed with this place at all. First time I called the guy never got back to me. Called again a day later and spoke with someone else. Got back to him regarding a 2021 Indian Scout that we had discussed a price on and he quoted me a higher price. I told him their website said the original quoted price. He said Yeah it does. That throws a monkey wrench in things. Let me talk to my GM and get back to you. He called back and left a message that the prices are going up. Ummmmmmm, ok, but your website still says the lower price, so you just cost yourself a cash sale. I dont have the time of day for sleazy salesmen.

Recently purchased a motorcycle here. Nancy was great! Attentive to all my questions and my long list of bikes I wanted to see. She got me on a test drive right away. After my first test drive a random employee in street clothes started talking to me. I told him what I was interested in. He literally pulled out 3 different bikes from the showroom for me to ride and get a better feel for the different options and styles. This was huge as I did 6 test rides, 2 were the same bikes because I wanted to narrow my decision down. The test rides really helped me decide what options I liked and what style I liked. Turns out this employee was the owner. He was not aggressive or pushy, I could tell he really wanted me to be happy and get the bike I really wanted. Then I met the manager Jason, the closer as I like to remember him as. We played the numbers game for a bit, talked about a bunch of options. When we got to a point where I felt I couldnt get any more, I asked for more options and Jason was able to work the deal. Jason was great. I got more bike in my price range than I expected. Overall, great buying experience! I hope that I continue to receive the same service and satisfaction now that the sale is over! Will continue to update.Added note, I was at a Harley dealership prior and test drove multiple bikes. Everyone I know has a Harley and Ive always told myself I want a Harley. I fell in love with one of the bikes there. I told myself to go to Indian and sample other bikes I liked. Not only to reassure myself about my final decision, but to say I looked and rode other bikes. Im glad I did. The first test ride with an Indian totally changed my outlook on Indian. Great smooth comfortable ride. Im glad I stuck to my plan and looked at other options before making a decision.

Mike was so so rude, I clearly told him, I’m not buying a bike today but guaranteed I will be in need of a bike and will be ready next month, just because I didn’t purchase today mike, no need to say goodbye and turn your back on your customer. I will be purchasing three bikes but not from you buddy

Great Bike selection is the only reason this place gets a star. But their staff was either rude, pushy or condescending. I knew what I wanted and wanted to be left alone to look and instead this dude was following me around asking a bunch of questions and being a Type A pushy salesman. I dont like that kind of sale so I wont be buying from them.

I stopped in to look at an Indian Chieftain Dark Hose...first I was talking to the owner which I had no idea, very laid back, never took him to be the owner,he then introduced me to Jason Mroz,salesperson..we kicked around a few numbers and told him I was going to sleep on it...unfortunately I slept on it too long, they sold it,and I sure dont blame them as I did not put down a deposit...Jason had to be the bearer of bad news, but he another left over 2018, a 2018 Bronze Chietain..this deal was done over the phone and thru text.we agreed in a couple minutes or so going back and forth on the price. I told Jason what I had for a trade..he shot me a price which I felt was fair,he never seen my bike was just going off on what I told him,..will they sell it for a profit..ofcourse they will they are in business to make a profit.I would expect them to sell it for what I would had I sold it privately or perhaps a little more...I like simplicity..folks Im telling you they make it simple! I dont think you are going to get a fairer deal anywhere. The other cool thing they brought it to my home and picked up my trade...and a million mile power train warranty..Often you hear after the sell the salesman forgets you..I had a couple questions after getting my bike..I text Jason and he got back with me..you can not put a price on customer service. For me that is more important than the bottom dollar.I can assure you Im not the easiest person to satisfy,so with that being said you can take this to the bank...you will be hard pressed to find a dealer with more inventory weather you are looking for new or used and who makes buying simple! Like the old saying, the proof is in the puddin...if you dont believe me stop in and see Jason Mroz and find out for yourself!
