My experience with Craft-wood was excellent! I recently remodeled my new home and purchased all the doors, door hardware, baseboard and casing from them. Some doors where cut to a custom height and fit perfectly. Adrian was great helping me choose the right products for my project and made the ordering process super smooth. He is very knowledgeable and responds to inquiries very promptly. I will definitely order from them again on future projects.

So we just purchased a home in Roselle and were in need of some remodeling and had to look for new doors. I reached out to this company and spoke with Adrian and set up an appointment to view the product. I must say from the first phone call to when the order was placed Adrian gave us great customer service. He provided many options and details in person at their showroom as well as during an in-home visit for measurements for our door needs and trimming. He gave us great options to pick from making the process that much more smoothly. The pricing was very reasonable and we definitely will be utilizing them for future home remodeling needs.

After being referred to Darpet and receiving horrendous customer service from them I started to shop around. I had a quote from DoorDepot and I called Craftwood thinking it couldnt hurt. I was assisted by Adrian M. from the beginning of my call and he was patient with me as I gave him the measurements of my barn doors and my ideas for the linen closets. He sent me a email with a better price than the other places I went to. I told him I would stop by the next day in the afternoon to look at the doors and when I did he wasnt there; however, Mike assisted me as soon as I walked in and excused Adrian as he was attending a urgent matter. Mike was also kind and patient enough to give me another quote since I wasnt sure if I was going to do a glass pantry barn door or a slab, for some reason I couldnt visualize my ideas and told them I would need time to figure my design out. Mike also guided me on the door I would be getting for the bathroom pocket door/barn/hinge. I called Adrian back the next day to make my decision about the pantry door and he apologized for not being able to assist me when I came in. I started to talk about molding and he was also able to give me a better price than the other place I went to. I went back to their sales floor to meet up with Adrian. I cannot say enough about Adrian and his patience -we went over the measurements and numbers and everything else I needed. I asked him about shiplap and told him about my idea- he gave me a quote - 3 days later I called him up and told him Im definitely going to do the shiplap and took my payment over the phone.I cant say enough about Craftwoods staff, it wasnt just one person who I came across who helped and guided me. Renovating is stressful, Im glad I had Adrian & Mike!!!! They are outstanding and return your phone calls + emails promptly or in a timely manner. I walked out of there HAPPY!!!!

I sent an email inquiring about a product early one Friday morning and after two pr three days I never got a reply. I then called asking questions and after a being told a few times the girl told me she actually works in the accounting department and could have a salesperson call me back. Its now been several more days and nothing. If I cant get calls or emails returned I can only wonder what kind of problems I wouldve experienced if a warranty issue arouses. Im will look for my 20 windows somewhere.

The worst experience I have. Promised 12 to 14weeks wait time turns out to almost 6 month. Hardware provided with the entry door does not feet. To get refund for returned trims it was almost a battle and took about a month. Would not recommend this store to do the business with.

I never write reviews, but after seeing my doors every day I decided to write one. Terrible place, stay away!! You will never get your order correct and the owner will laugh at your face! Ordered five panel interior doors with frosted glass - came with a clear glass. They did nothing about it so Ive head to order special tape to have it fixed. Plus they employees changes everyday so you talk to one person and next time you know there is someone new.

Horrible service, go elsewhere. Ordered a door 5 months ago they forgot to order i the first time, then it came in wrong, then finally once I got it the frosted glass it was scratched. Then again they forgot to reorder a replacement and now that I just told them refund me they said they dont do refunds.

The absolute worst experience with a company I have ever encountered. Go elsewhere or you will be sorry!
