I love DIT! They not only do AMAZING work but they are true members of the Elmhurst community. They have donated crafts to several charitable events in the community that I have planned and others I have attended. I love the custom address sign they created for us and how easy they make the process. Cannot say enough great things about the owners and their work product.

Visited DIT Workshops for a back to school chalkboard class. Esmeralda and Adrian were very helpful and patient. They even offered to stay past the scheduled workshop time while i finished my project. Super enjoyable experience and now we have a beautiful homemade back to school board that will last us through the years!

I went for a private event. Some of us were hesitant that we didn’t have experience, but we completed our projects and they were great! The owners Esmeralda and Adrian are very helpful and kind. I definitely recommend you trying this place out. I’m already thinking about which piece to make next.

A few close friends and myself did the Corn Hole Boards Workshop on a Saturday afternoon and absolutely loved it. Adrian and Esmeralda are the perfect duo for the job. They’re extremely helpful, friendly and flexible for scheduling. I speak for the entire group when I say we could not be happier with the outcome of our boards.

I had a great time! My project turned out so good! They really helped turn my vision into reality! I follow them on Instagram now and even though I’m from out of town I loved that I could purchase something from them and they shipped right to me! I would definitely recommend it. Way better quality then anything you’ll find at a store that’s been mass produced!

I have had hosted a birthday party, a moms nite out & been coming here for various open workshop days!!! DIT is awesome! I have been to many of their wood workshop events and each time it is a blast! This is a perfect spot for a date night, family night, or just fun with friends. Their events offer a fun place to meet and mingle with people in the community while sipping wine and creating beautiful pieces of art for home. Keep up the good work!

What I love about DIT is the uniqueness of every class or product you choose. Esmeralda and Adrian are quick to offer suggestions or you can send them an idea of what you have in mind. I’ve made so many things with them ( just to name a few ..wall hanging bottle opener, signs/boards, coffee pour over). Most importantly my favorite piece was a custom reception stand for my lash and brow business. I needed something small, on wheels, and moveable for my business and they exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be making more stuff in the future!

We’ve done a couple of projects for our home at DIT. Ranging from family names to seasonal decor. But our favorite has to be the most recent one, the American flag with the EGA engraved in between the stars! Best Father’s Day gift for my husband. Thank you for the detailed and amazing craftsmanship DIT!

Have done several projects with DIT and each time is better than the last. They work with you every step of the way and have your vision come to life. Also a great time for group outings, highly recommend.

We did an office outing and it was great. Very organized and fun! Adriane and Ezmerelda are the owners and they were very nice and made sure everyone knew what they were doing. They easily accommodated a group of 12. We ordered pizza for our group and they sell wine. I highly recommend. Definitely worth your time.

Just had my daughters 10th birthday party there and they did such an AMAZING job! The girls had so much fun creating the mini-makers board with their names on it. The staff was so patient and professional and the space was adorable. I cant wait to go back with my friends! Highly recommend!

Went to their Tuesday workshops at Brewpoint and thoroughly enjoyed our time with Adrian and Esmeralda. They are both very patient, knowledgeable, and creative. Unique and fun outing to do with your significant other or with other people.

We had a wonderful experience at DIT Workshops and will definitely do it again. The owners were very hands-on, friendly and professional, and clearly care about being a part of the local community. They allowed us to use our creativity and helped out as needed - you do not need any prior skill or knowledge to enjoy this. Great for moms’/girls’ night out, date night, group and team building events and really for anyone, who wants to make their own piece to hang on the wall - the perfect mix of make and mingle!

I can not speak high enough about the great time my mom, mom-in-law & sister had at DIT - the owners, Adrian & Esmerelda, were wonderful from start to finish. They stayed open late to accommodate our ladies-night sign-making. They were very hands-on & helpful in every step of the process- from distressing the wood, to staining, then stenciling & painting it. They played fun music & you can buy wine & bring food in. It was perfect! And my daughters love the necklaces they made at the Elmhurst Art in the Park event, where DIT had a table set up for kids to make their own little wood-necklace charm craft (for free:).
