The store on Kingery was the first one I visited during my search for a mattress set. After checking out other stores, I returned to this one for the purchase. The sales person there was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The right mattress at the right price was what she found for me and that was also a reason for the purchase. Delivery was within my time needs and quickly installed by the guys.

Sales rep was helpful in picking out a perfect mattress. Didn’t give 5 stars because when we received the mattress it was sunk down in a section as if it was a store display which made me believe it was used or improperly stored in their warehouse. Thankfully They did replace the bed

It was a great visit the sales person was so nice and understanding and he tried to help us find the best mattress at our price point and he was so respectful and helpful. I will purchase from here in the future and recommend this store to all my family and friends

Edit: My mattress was finally replaced, but I had to do a lot of calling and asking what was going on to get the process completed. I did have to contact both the local store and corporate headquarters multiple times to get everything set up.Good luck getting them to acknowledge a warranty issue or replace a mattress under warranty. I have been trying to call their corporate headquarters after having my local store fail to contact me back, and I have been hung up on several times. Sometimes my call is picked up and immediately hung up (I can hear someone pick up the receiver and set it back down), and sometimes left on hold for 10 minutes plus before being hung up on. This is after I have followed their procedures and paid $60 to have a mattress inspector come out to my home. The entire process has been more than three months now, and I am stuck with a 2 year old mattress that has an entire side that failed.
