The sales person was very helpful and quoted was a price, plus tax. Only when we later called to place the order, we were told there was a $130 delivery charge. When we complained, they offered us a 30% discount on the delivery charge. Not happy with a delivery charge to a location only 20 miles from the store.

Excellent service! I walked in with a price range and not sure if I wanted medium or soft and the salesman new his products well and was able to complete the sale in well under an hour. Not to mention the 4 months you have to sleep on it to be satisfied or they will take it back. I’ll buy here again!

Very disappointed with them. Purchased a mattress on the 22nd of August. We were told that we would have it on the 27th. On the 26th they said it didnt make it on the truck. They said we would see it on the 15th September 14th they called said it didnt make it on the truck. Now saying it will be here on October 6th. There blaming it on mattress shortage after they told me they had it and that it just didnt make it on the truck. Ridiculous

My friend decided he needed to measure the bed he has now but I think he is going to buy a new mattress and in the meantime I myself purchased a very fine pillow for myself, an impulse buy if ever there was one. Nothing more important than a good night sleep. Bought a top of the line mattress and felt right at home doing it. Marley was amazing in her customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure I made the right choice. It was the absolute right choice and I feel great in the mornings. I think I might have even woke up a couple of mornings thinking I needed to give Marley a great big hug 🙂! Thank you MARLEY! The store manager was one of the most personable people Ive meet, I could have sat there and talked with him for hours not even bed related. You can clearly tell he loves what he does and cares about his customers. They are running an awesome opening sale and I if I could I would give it 10 stars the Google 5 truley does not feel like enough. I will most definitely be recommending this store to everyone I know and if any time in the future I need another bed they will be my first stop!
