I came to the branch at the Ellington, CT traffic circle and the doors were locked and lights on at gas pumps and inside. However, the sign on the doors said OPEN 24 HOURS . Now I can understand if things need to be protected at times. However, this is very poor business. I then went to the branch across the street from panda palace in Vernon, CT. That too was closed and had lights on. I finally went further towards Vernon Circle area on Rt 83 and that one was open. All I have to say is this was poor service all around. I am very displeased with the displaying of service hours and showing of opened or closed.

Recently moved to Ellington Connecticut to be with our family here. Our daughter introduced me to Cumberland Farms iced tea and I cannot live without it! It taste like real tea! It’s refreshing, it’s always fresh and I just love it. The area is always clean and neat and makes you feel comfortable just buying the iced tea at a gas station! I much prefer Cumberland Farms iced tea to many restaurants.

Customer service could improve. But store for the most part is clean and well to visit.

Very weird and rude staff, always feels uncomfortable going into here. I’d rather go to one of the stores in Vernon, and given that both of them are terrible too, that’s really saying something.Also closes at midnight, making the area even more barren at night than it already was. Smh

I have come to rely on Cumberland Farms stores for all of my late night driving needs, from gas to food, all at very reasonable prices. Theres always one nearby when i travel...

No longer a 24 hour store, which was the only thing it had going for it. Now that it’s not I have no reason to go when the gas station directly across the roundabout is better anyways- always clean, friendly staff, Dunkin Donuts & consistently cheaper gas. Smh. Judging by the recent poor reviews it looks like I’m not missing anything either.

Nicest employees evr, so friendly & helpful, and amazingly spotless bathroom--sooo nice! I mean all cumbys have always bn great for me, and this one is def no exception to that! Idc if the prices r evr higher for gas or not, worth it to make this my go to station for any kinda stop.

I’m not sure why the experiences of other people writing reviews on here are so incredibly different than mine. It is NOT quality service to make your customers feel guilty for purchasing your product. I’ve lost count of the number of times a rude staff member behind the counter gave me an attitude for “inconveniencing them” for getting a slushee (both multiple during COVID and even when drinks became self-serve again) . Don’t get me wrong - the slushees are fantastic. But a couple staff members (who I will keep nameless) should not be working with the public if they genuinely make customers never want to come back. 1 Star. Fix it.

Maybe Im prejudiced by selecting this location to write the review, but ALL the local Cumberland Farms locations are great. F*#@ Dunkin Donuts! The people at Cumberland not only know how NOT to burn coffee, but theyre friendly, speak English, take pride in the cleanliness of their workplace, and never fail to greet customers. Most people probably give a weird look if you compliment gas station food, but this should be the local exception. My kids love the slushee machine, and I cant think of one week of my career in the last 18 years when I havent been here at least once. I feel spoiled in that I cant remember a time without Cumberland like this, and Ive lived around here my whole life.

Went in for a blueberry muffin. However, the build up of filth in the front track of the donut/muffin display window was nauseating to see. Almost gagged. Left abruptly. FTS.

Was told its not all about me being a land scaper and spending 9000 on gas 1500 on lunch,manager still blocks aOutside lane with new car,very hard to get gas,get up early still cant get gas,new store cant come fast enough across street!!!!
