This is a great Harley Davidson dealer. I bought my Road King there. The owner is a great guy. I just went to their open house. Free food, demo rides and a stunt bike show. This is a dealer that remembers you for life when you buy a bike there. You become part of the family. I will be buying my next Harley there.

Had a great experience. Got a fast and fair trade in quote for my old bike, them was given a few great options to tedt out based on the criteria I gave the dealership. The test ride was great and the team helped me leave with a new bike the same day, well withing the price parameters I had given them. They also set me up with a beyyer insurance deal than I had prior to this purchase. Overall I recommend Old-School to anyone looking for a new ride.

Still waiting to hear about the defective handle grip, that cut my throttle cable on the highway. Guy said Harleydavidson needs to see it. 1 month nothing. Please remember they didn’t make the bike but they are there and want to help resolve any issue should you have one with your motorcycle.

Had my oil pan replaced under warranty. The whole process went very smooth. They noticed I had a nail in my tire while my bike was there and had that replaced under warranty as well. Service department guys were great!

While traveling on our motorcycles a few weeks ago from North Carolina to Maine my brother-in-law hit a pothole and eventually got a flat front tire on the Massacusetts highway on a Sunday afternoon. I got on my phone to look for the closest Harley Dealership and it directed me to TSI (and thank God it did) because these people were wonderful!! I spoke to the owner who got in his truck/trailer and came to pick us up and took the bike to his shop while the rest of us followed. Remember it was a Sunday so all the service departments were closed. By the time we arrived at his shop he had called in his tech who did the repairs and had us on the road within an hour. Being from out of state and not knowing where to turn for help can be a little worrisome. We were so fortunate to have connected with the right people who went way above and beyond!!!! We highly recommend this dealership!!! Thank you so very much!!!!

About a year ago I purchased a Dyna Street Bob Cancun Hard Candy. It was a 2016 left over with 153 miles on it. This bike is awesome with the extra chrome and chiseled handle bars. Iyt had three keys and a FOB. Two out of the three keys didnt work and the FOB wasnt talking two the security module because there wasnt one installed. TSI fix that and now I have the correct keys and a security system. The only thing I didnt like about the bike was the side license plate bracket. I changed that the first week I had it to a under fender mount. Added a luggage rack. Looks slick now. Right after that I started having wire fault issues. Turns out that wasnt my faulty or anything I had modded. I traced back to the wires where they connect in the access hole in the steering head. I dont think TSI did this but whoever installed the handle bars ripped out a wire in the connector. It was crimped too. They repaired it by securing it with a single piece of tape. Complete cob job. I spent over 12 hours looking for this issue and when I found it I was able to temp fix it. I told TSI about it and said I would bring it in for the next service. I was hoping to get a fee tee shirt out of this but, that never developed. Love the bike all the same.

I blew a rear tire on 84 I called a TSI right at closing time, Mark got on the phone and got all my info and said I will be there in 30 min. 30 min later two trucks showed up one for the bike one for me. Harry took me to a hotel and told me to call in the morning they will come back and pick me up.Not only has my faith in Humanity been restored but so has my faith in customer service.

I saw a 2003 Sreamin Eagle Softail Deuce on the TSI website back in February of this year. Since I live in Jersey, I had to rely on phone and email communication with my salesperson Dave.
