Always very helpful when I go in there looking for guidance on a project. They sell the quality stuff that you cant find anymore at the big box stores in the area.

Lumber and supplies are fairly priced. Number is of good quality compared to other lumber yards. The people are knowledgeable and extremely polite.

Needed to get info on stone facade. Saw a bunch of employees behind the front desk who made eye with me. NOT one single employee got out their seats to greet me. I patiently waited while 2 other customers were being helped. Finally, one person (who apparently had the courage to come forward) asked if I needed help. Clearly, Kelly F IS NOT customer oriented. And this is NOT the first time I have been treated in this manner. Shame on KF. Seems obvious to me that 1. You need to be recognized by staff as a contractor and 2. Better you not be female!

Do not go here if you are a homeowner. I went by this morning with some questions about a project and I was excited because my contractor told me that these guys are great and they would be helpful.I had opposite experience!They couldn’t give me the time of day. Not very interested in helping me and told me that they would prefer to have my contractor come in.

Needed a short length of wood for a furniture repair, was able to get a piece for less than two dollars. The reason for the review is because the girl working there took me to the lumber yard, helped me find a piece that would work for me, then even cut to my needed length. All for a sale of less than 2 bucks. Will definitely go here over the big chain stores from now on.
