Our experience on 10/18/21 with our salesman, Bob DiManno was exceptional. We had inquired about a Chrysler Pacifica that we had seen on Bolles Motors website. Upon arriving at Bolles, I was greeted by Zac who put me in touch with Bob. Bob was accommodating and knowledgeable on the vehicle we were interested in. He went over some of the details of the vehicle at his desk and once inside of the vehicle, Bob went over every detail and option that the Pacifica had. Once we committed to the purchase and we came to an agreement on what Bolles would give us for our trade in, Bob made the paperwork process very easy. We wanted to pick up the vehicle at the end of that same day. Even though they were busy with previous vehicle purchase commitments, Bob & Bolles motors had it ready for us by 4:00pm. My wife was not with me at the time of the initial purchase. When we arrived to pick up our Pacifica, Bob proceeded to once again go through every feature with my wife (in the rain) as he did with me. Our overall experience was excellent and would recommend others to Bolles Motors in the future.

My experiences at Bolles continues to get worse and worse. I leased a car there in November 2020 and the whole Sales process was a bit of a mess. Today I went in to get my first oil change (complementary) and tire rotation.As soon as I left the lot and got onto the highway, my car was shaking and making awful noises!!! Luckily, I safely made it home (driving extremely low and was very nervous). I called the dealer and they sent someone out (thankfully) and ALL MY BOLTS WERE LOOSE ON MY WHEELS!!!!!! EXTREMELY dangerous and disappointing that I cant even trust them for a simple oil change. That was a very serious mistake which could have caused me an awful car accident. I will never be going back and I do NOT recommend this dealership to anyone.

Just leased a new Jeep Willy Gladiator. I love it. The people at Bolles motors are great to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Sean LeBaron, I had previously worked with the same salesperson for my last 4 vehicles. He is no longer there ( only left because of the pandemic) I met Sean and he stepped right up, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Gladiator. And no pressure, which is always a welcome trait for a salesperson. I had questions about some add on equipment and Sean took care of them asap. I’d been casually looking at new cars for a few months. My fiancé and I took a ride one day just to actually visit a dealership and maybe take a peek and test drive a new Hyundai. After the purchase and driving it for a few days I noticed a noise from the back, slight vibrations so brought it back and they made sure everything was good to include replace my rear shocks!Absolutely pleasantly surprised that a dealer would go to such lengths to make sure Im happy.They succeeded!
