I can not say enough about Brett and team, professional, courteous, down to earth. Had BDS coil-overs and tire/wheels installed and shortly after had a weird noise coming from the front end. Brought it back, guys took a look and solved on the spot. Will be back for exhaust, cold air intake, and AMP power steps. Great experience, just be prepared to wait as most manufacturers are way behind shipping product. I had to wait two months for the BDS lift...

Brent, the owner really knowledge guy and easy going was a pleasure to do business with him. Help me out on getting routine (2020) maintenance on my Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 system and was able to find and fix an annoying clucky noise in suspension that I had for years and no one else could seem to find. The price he charges are fair.I was so impressed with them the first time. When I needed a tow hitch on my wifes minivan (2021) to lug around kids bikes etc for family vacations, the first place I thought of was taking it here. Was able to fit us in at last minute and his guys did a great job. You can barely see the tow hitch, which made my wife happy.I would take all my four vehicles to them for routine service, but unfortunately they are about 30 min from my house so I only will take my truck as its a spare vehicle and can do without it while they work on it.These guys are AAAA+s in my book would highly recommend them to everyone.Thanks again,Brent and your team.

I cant say much about the company because I dont have a truck, but what I can is they make amazing event once a year. They really seems to know what they have in offer and how to bring off road community together. Definitely follow them on Facebook and do not miss next year event.

Two years later and still no issues with the lift(leveling kit) for my 18 Ram 1500. No squeaking, pops or other issues. Just as good as factory. Great service, quality and price. Valley truck and Off-road is the place to go for any of your 4x4 needs in the Hartford geographical area!

This place is incredible. I was kept informed every step of the way and when a part took longer than expected I was still informed. Good or bad I always knew exactly what was going on. That’s great business to me! I read the reviews and found it strange the person who complained said the money was collected and work was not completed seeing as how I had to go in and approve of what was done before money was collected. I will always bring my truck here and recommend this place!

Brent hooked me up with a trailer hitch and new LED lights. He installed on short notice at a very fair price. I will be using them for all my Jeep upgrades!

Visited several times for parts and service (not customization). All the 5 star reviews are true - Brent and Valley Truck are honest, always willing to help, and have great prices. I will definitely be back. (One note: they sometimes order new GM parts through Scranton Motors - based on my other experiences with Scranton, I suggest you simply request that Valley use a different supplier for work on your truck)

Went to talk to them about a couple small issues with my truck. Spoke directly with the owner and he was easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and he explained everything I needed to know to help me on my truck. Coordinated with him on a possible time when he can do the work. I also talked to one of the mechanics, and he too was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Definitely a great group to talk to. Look forward to working with them.

Valley Truck is a really great place to have your truck repaired or modified. Ordering parts is a pleasure as Brent takes the time to get things right and makes sure you are happy. I will keep going back as I cant get that level of care from an internet supplier.

These guys are the best

Very disappointed in the overall service and work that was done on my truck. The work I requested and paid for was never completed as promised. The whole ordeal took nearly two months and my truck is still not the way I wanted it. At this point I have to bring my truck somewhere else to have it fixed. Id advise anyone else to be cautious.
