We purchased a mattress with the adjustable base to put on our platform bed. Andrew Apolencia was our salesman and he explained the benefits of the adjustable base. We decided to get that . Well the first night and every night since my husband who has acid reflux and snores so loud has not done either one since the first night’s sleep. Even going through pre approval for the customer then say “I want to pay outright.” While managing the customer her attended to me as he could in-between opportunity breaks with the current customer. After that purchase was complete he assisted me and gave me great advice. I made my purchase and he advised me of all I needed to know. Not once was he impatient or frustrated with my indecisiveness. We had a great experience buying a mattress here. Went in with a specific idea of what we wanted and the price we wanted to pay, and the sales person did not try to deviate. Very professional, detailed, and helpful. We also got delivery that afternoon, which was perfect. The product is only a couple of days old, but it seems like very high quality too.

I called looking for an in-stock bunkie board, since a new bed we had put together that morning didnt work with the old slats. Up against a tight deadline to replace two beds before moving to Hawaii (and higher prices there), we swung by one Sunday morning. Not only did Masood put up with two crazy kids, he cut us a good deal, and worked on delivery before the movers came. Then the craziest thing happened ... he promised to followup on an earlier delivery and FOLLOWED UP without us bugging him.Theres a difference between lowest price and best deal. Masood and Mattress Firm are certainly a great deal (and not a bad price either).

Wow don’t waste your time here!! My husband and I came in seriously looking to buy a mattress. The Manager here gave us a hard time from the time we came in it was like we couldn’t even browse freely then when we were leaving he just sat at his computer desk didn’t even look at us or tell us where to dispose of our pillow covers. So we awkwardly carried it out the store and discarded it outside the store. Such a disappointing experience.
