Great experience. We love our new kitchen remodel and the staff was great to work with. Added a barn door and new windows too! The family could not be happier.

I also had a great experience with Elevations. I worked with Dane to order windows for my renovation, and he was incredibly helpful. He worked to save me money by ordering standard sizes and he did what he could to expedite delivery. Ill be going back for my other projects. Definitely.

I have had nothing but positive experiences during my many visits to Elevations by Myers. The showroom (designed by Amanda) is beautiful. The product selection and quality are excellent (no big box store poor quality here).Amanda is a super talented kitchen designer and has been so kind and patient throughout the many revisions and tweaks to the design of my kitchen. Amanda wants to make sure that the customer is happy.Eric the manager and Dane, another salesperson, have provided valuable advice and assistance as well. It has been so helpful to be able to see and touch the products in a beautiful showroom before ordering.

We had contacted Andersen windows to find a local dealer and was pointed to this store. We met with the dealer and he was great, very open to our questions, showed all the models they had.We are building a house soon so we gave him a small copy of the plans so he could get us an estimate with various window options.WE NEVER HEARD BACK. EVER.We tried contacting him/them several times and had to leave messages for him repeatedly since he was always out in the field. Funny that he was in the store the day we randomly showed up.I guess they didnt want tens of thousands dollars worth of business on a nice sized new home construction. Very disappointing but perhaps for the best if this is how they perform with their customer service.

We started working with Elevations when it opened and were instantly pleased with that decision. Although Amanda and Brian are our main contacts, weve had the oppprtunity to work with many of the staff and they are all knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We recently had our first kitchen delivered and its been a great experience so far. We are looking forward to many more.

The showroom provides a unique experience - the layout is attractive, it feels more like a high end home than a store. My wife and I remodeled our master bathroom to look very similar to the shower and vanity displayed at Elevations. The staff was very helpful as we sought insights on tile and cabinet selections and even paint colors to make everything match.

We remodeled the kitchen in November of 2018 and our designer was Lissa Bounds. We met with Lissa and she was very upbeat and during our initial meeting she assured us that we will be very happy with our kitchen remodel. Our main concern with our existing cabinets was that they were too small and not functional. We also expressed that we wanted to have good quality cabinets without spending too much money. Lissa Bounds assured us that when her design was done we would have much bigger cabinets and would be thrilled with all the increased storage space. Lissa recommended Wolf Home Products cabinets that according to Lissa makes wonderful quality cabinetry with a reasonable price tag.Lissa came to our home at least four times to measure the cabinets in the kitchen so we expected we would be getting exactly what we wanted and would utilize all available space. Everything seemed to be going well until the project started. As some cabinets arrived damaged Lissa was not responsive to our emails or phone calls, and when she would respond it seems like she was completely ignoring our concerns in her responses to our complaints and needs. The nightmare of working with her continued throughout the project and escalated to the point that she stopped responding altogether when we confronted her (by email and voicemails since she refused to come to our home to view in person the issues despite repeated requests from us for her to do so) with the fact that Wolf cabinets, rather than being a top quality item, were in fact VERY bad quality. After this one thing after another went wrong: because of her “forgetfulness” the hardware was not ordered on schedule so we had cabinets installed which could not be used because they had no door knobs or drawer handles and when she supposedly did finally order the hardware we did not receive it for 3 weeks! We once again had tocontact her to inquire where our hardware was and why a delivery time of 1 week had turned into 3 weeks and it turned out, according to Lissa, “they did not put the order correctly” so she had to reorder the hardware but she did not have the professional sense to contact us and let us know of the delay!!!! To top off this entire remodel disaster, our new cabinets turned out to be EXACTLY the same size as the old ones, and in fact some of them are even smaller. After we sent Lissa pictures of the defects on the cabinets (seam joints separating, scratches, dents, etc.) the representative for Wolf Home Products came over and agreed that the cabinets with defects were poorly made and assured us that they would be replaced. We did get replacements for some of the defective cabinets after many unanswered phone calls because sadly the rep for Wolf probably attended the same customer service schools Lissa Bounds did. However, he tried to claim that the separating joints were “normal” in wood cabinets and anything less than a credit card wide is acceptable. We have owned homes for many years and have always had wood cabinets and have NEVER had joints separating in our cabinets. The bottom line is our kitchen remodel project became a nightmare with a very bad ending. We asked Lissa multiple times to come over and address all the issues we had. She ignored our requests. Shame on Elevations by Myers for hiring “designers” like Lissa Bounds and recommending sub-quality products.
