Very quick pharmacy service. Cashier very friendly.

They had what we were looking for in stock. Customer service is important to them and the clerks were friendly. It was evident that safety from Covid19 is important to them.

I had a absolutely wonderful experience at this rite aid until I saw a worker actively (Rhonda) harass one of the other employees which made me uncomfortable and I will not be returning until it is taken care of.

I had an urgency for a prescription that they did not have and went out of there way to find a pharmacy who had it and call to make sure they had the product and call it in for me. We were traveling through the area so they found a pharmacy address on our way to our destination. Awesome customer service! Very clean and organized. Would recommend to anyone traveling through or local.

I have used this pharmacy for the last year or so and Im going to finally change it. They somehow never have my prescription ready when I have it sent in online or called it in and they have more then enough time to have it ready. Ive also had multiple times of being told a five to ten minute wait to return to the counter and be told that their pharmacist is actually on lunch and it will be another hour or so without any warning. Their workers have treated not only myself, but friends and family with annoyance and rudeness on multiple occasions that Ive tried to brush off, but between that and now the problem of even getting prescriptions without waiting half an hour its become enough. I would try any other pharmacy in town.

Andrew is a fantastic pharmacist and cares a great deal about his patients and the techs there work their butts off to make the customers satisfied! You all rock! Not to mention great customer service all around including front end. Great teamwork!

Love the store, hate the pharmacy! The employees are great, but the pharmacists in the back are so rude! They hang up before I can ask my next question almost every time. It takes them 3 plus minutes to even acknowledge my presence when I stand in line. Ive had some pharmacists sigh at me and say what do you want?... seriously??

Staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous! Clean store, well stocked, and run very efficiently! Kudos to this store!

Andrew is the kindest nicest person you will ever meet. Did I mention he is also smart as a whip........there is NO ONE as kind as he is. Customer service is outstanding and he goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Thank you Rite Aid.

I’m unhappy that the entire employee roster knows how much I pick up from Amazon. It really isn’t anyone’s business. Come on, grow up.

Every time Ive come in there had only on been one checker running two or even all three registers. Awful wait times, cant they afford to hire the proper amount of staff?

The pharmacy staff, especially the techs, are rude. Should you have any questions about your RX you are an inconvenience to them.

My son applied for a job a was denied because the manager didnt like his name. 👎
