Redoing our bathroom, Jeremy took the time to explain and show me what I needed. No high pressure. Went back to order and Chris took care of me, gave me all info on my special order etc. Called when it was ready. Not a lot of businesses still give the type of service expected anymore thats why I choose to shop local. The gentlemen I dealt with in Elkton were the best, they did exactly what they said they would do with patience, knowledge and professionalism that is lost in chain stores. SHOP LOCAL! Best customer service! The manager was extremely helpful. He was on the phone when I walked in and I noted how patient he was with a difficult customer. He went above and beyond to help me today. I would recommend this supply store to everyone!

Paid for a order of wood inside the building, when I went outside and gave the order to the manager to fill, he told me no way in hell and went back inside to argue with the manager about it right in front of me. Made me feel really uncomfortable

Northeastern supply staff were very resourceful and well-stocked. I greatly appreciated the support and hard work from employees to locate the hardware needed for our sink.

They had the hard to find AC capacitor we needed, and on a Saturday (7/30). Gentleman on the phone was super helpful and put the part aside for us for pick up. Turned a $300 (at least) contract out repair into a $12 do-it-yourself fix.

Its very convenient for people that are familiar with the neighborhood. They are well organized and helpful. Parking is a problem, though.

3 employees, no other customers, 1 employee was no help. Basically told me I was sh*t out of luck. Couldn’t help me find the part I needed, and sat behind his computer the whole time. Terrible customer service
