My 98 Chevy truck needed exhaust repairs. They fit me in quickly when other shops could not. They made the necessary repairs, did not pad with additional repairs and told me about potential future needs. Nick was great at communicating.

Ive been taking my vehicles to this location for 7 years. After taking my 2008 Yukon to the dealership for a recall on the airbag I was handed a laundry list of items that were necessary. I took my vehicle to Nick and his team and they weeded out the necessary from unnecessary charged more than 20% less than the dealership price and were kind, honest and timely. They sent me pictures of the items that needed attention with quotes before beginning any work. I highly recommend this Midas for all your car maintenance needs.

Highly recommend visiting here for your car needs! Took my car in for an oil change and they were great at communicating about the thorough check up they did. The car’s in sturdy condition but it’s older, high in mileage now, and I generally know very little about car mechanics. Great service. I was respected and treated very well. I always get nervous as a woman going to get work done with my car because a lot of places think I don’t know anything about my car because I’m a woman. However when I go to Midas, they treat me equally and I’m grateful. They also don’t try to nickel and dime for non existent issues. They don’t try and squeeze extra work, which is something I’ve dealt with at other auto shops so I’m grateful Midas doesn’t do that. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here for service. Gary is rude and refused to give us a partial refund and also left me on hold to speak with the owner and never returned to my call. MMidas serviced our vehicle for several engine codes. They changed the spark plugs for 757.00!! And guess what the problems persisted same codes and the vehicle just about broke down a couple days later. They failed to contact us to ask of we would like new ignition coils installed as well while they were doing the spark plugs. They didnt repair the lean code either, Which isnt proper service. After getting the vehicle back the low air pressure light was still on, there was a loose ground under the hood which was located by the ignition coils and the codes came back. I have asked for a refund twice and Gary says NO! When my vehicle is serviced and good money is spent I expect to have the vehicle returned fixed properly. Of I could give 0 stars I would . After I left this review the owner chris called me back and offered to fix the problem for no charge and or issue a refund. I am willing to give them another chance after speaking with the owner.

My experience there was great. I called the day before to set up an appointment to put on a new exhaust. When I went in. I was able to get my car serviced very fast. They let me know of any issues they faced during the install. Which I feel is a very good practice to have. The value for the quality of work they did was very good. The only thing I would change is. They should sanitize the inside of the car before giving it back to the customer. Besides that. Very top notch work. I will be back again for further work.

Midas in Elkton has the best customer service in town and that is why we are clients. I was having exhaust issues with my Jeep, and had a conversation with the Manager, Chris. I was assured that he knew exactly what my concern was, and that it would be taken care of expeditiously. Sure to their word, Service Manager, Nick, got me taken care of. When I arrived, they were there waiting for me with a smile on their face and a plan in place. My exhaust sounds great, like it is new. Went it for front brakes, turned out the drivers side hub needed replacing and rod was snapped... tech showed me everything that was wrong so even thou it cost alot more the situation needed to be fixed and i feel everything was honest and up front.

Ive been back to Midas in Elkton multiple times over the years and I trust them immensely. They just finished servicing my car on 7/30/21 and they didnt disappoint as usual. Theyre always on schedule and all of their pricing is up front before services are performed, full transparency. They are very thorough with their multi-point inspection. They have open bays and you can see what theyre doing, and if they find anything they bring it to your attention immediately to show you the worn part. Their pricing is very competitive and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Theyve earned my trust over the years and Im sure theyll earn yours if given the chance. This was 2019 review: Nick and the guys are terrific. They do a thorough job checking the car out and are very honest and trustworthy. They dont nickel & dime you and they respect the customers time and are very prompt and professional. You can watch your car being worked on so no reason to question their honesty. Their prices are fair and they work hard to get the customers in and out as scheduled.

Brought my daughter with her vehicle in for new tires and to have the brakes checked.The place was clean and we were made very comfortable as we sat and waited for her vehicle.We were taken back into the work area and were given a good education about the brake pads, how they worked, and what needed to be done. My daughter walked away with much more knowledge than she had going in.We were very pleased with the professional courtesy and work.Will definitely visit again.

Super happy with the service Ive received during my last 2 visits. First visit was for an oil change and all went smoothly. I was told and shown that I would need new tires soon but that everything else was good to go. My second visit was to get those new tires and again, all went smoothly up until I left. My brakes were making a horrible sound! Brought the car back and they immediately took it up on the lift again to figure out the issue. I dont quite understand the whole issue but long story short, they resurfaced my rear rotors for me and adjusted something else to fix the issue. I am BEYOND pleased with the customer service of this place! Thank yall for everything and keeping me safe on the road!

This place is fantastic. There was some confusion on whether the car took synthetic or regular oil which he cleared up and explained. Also let me know about my tires but didnt try and pressure me at all. Was very polite and social, offered cookies to my son and even helped keep him occupied for me for a moment. It was Nick that I was speaking too and Juan that worked on my car. This place is fantastic! Definitely worth it!!

You hear horror stories about unscrupulous car repair shops suggesting more service than what you need. I went in believing I needed more than what they did having them tell me it wasnt necessary. Integrity and honesty are number one with me.

On 9 July Nick and the team gave clear assessment of brake pad replacement needs, including recommending what was needed immediately and what could be postponed. Professional and courteous. Service completed in less than 30 minutes.

Quick, not pushy and very friendly. Had an exhaust leak and took it here. They gave me a quick estimate and went over the options and cost break downs. They were even able to do the work same day. They did an inspection to let me know if there was any other issues with no pushy up sale to get those things done.

Didn’t know where to go to get a new exhaust on r truck. Checked reviews on all muffler places in Elkton and Midas had great ones !!! Called them and was scheduled right away. Eva is the epitome of excellent customer service! All leaders and trainers need to study her and Stefans work ethic and Customer service execution. They are masters if not experts on the craft! They took care of us like people, answered all our questions and went above and beyond ALL expectations! Stranded in MD/DE Eva called us a Rental and even gave Hotel suggestions and gave us Directions and time to get our bearings before taking everything out of the car. Ive never felt so at peace in a Bad Situation. Eva is the greatest addition and higher Midas has had in the front desk ever and Stefan is the Robin to her Batman.Eva even went out of her way to drive us to Avis herself!! Also they met us halfway on the payment process so that we could have the car fixed today!! Their turn around time is amazing too! A week or less for my engine! I would trust them with my kids or my bank account. Great people, I pray God blesses both of them for all their days and in all they do!

I think since this location is under new ownership is has improved very much. I went there today for an oil change and I am very happy with everything! They didnt try to upsell things which I did not need, and I appreciate that very much even with my free oil change coupon. I recently went to this Midas for my 2004 Lexus with 175,000 miles. I wanted to find out why there was a rattle when I hit bumps and to let me know if they recommend any suspension work; and I was prepared for a large estimate since Ive never had the suspension looked at. To my surprise, they took me to my car, showed my why they had no recommendations for the suspension (because it was all in good shape), found the reason for my rattle, and one issue with the exhaust which was only a $200 repair. Their honesty, friendliness, and open nature with the work has won future business from me. Would give them more stars if I could.

Stopped into this Midas on my way to an appointment at another Midas location and Im glad I did. I feel they could have easily taken advantage of the fact that Im a woman that doesnt know much about cars and charged me to do any and everything they told me, but they didnt! They explained everything, told me what I needed done and what I didnt and also provided pricing on services I needed that I didnt have done the day of my visit. The checkup they emailed after my oil change was amazing. It makes you feel included compared to just going and they do the work and you leave. Was driving through Elkton when my brakes started making noise. I pulled in to see if they could take a look at my car. The brakes were low and the wear indicator was rubbing and making noise on the brake pads. These guys gave me a great price and got the work done quickly and also did an oil change. I thought I had an issue with my brakes but after they looked into the problem they told me it was probably the recall on the engine. I was nervous that they were going to take advantage of me because Im a woman and they did the exact opposite.
