I’m 8 months pregnant to start.Been with Verizon for 6 years. Great service, willing to pay more for better service. I go into this location to see about upgrading Hubby and my phones. Told me they couldn’t accommodate me (i needed to use a restroom) and made me go next door as I can clearly see their restroom and other customers coming and going. Very disappointed πŸ˜”

Manager is a gentleman and he will listen and take care of any issues with your account. There are plenty of retail shops and good restaurants next door however the parking lot is full after 10:00 am. So, you’ll have better luck if you show up after 4pm or so. The one guy who services curbside is very rude and unprofessional so you might want to avoid him at curbside lot.

Good grief. Is knowledge of basic math required to be a Verizon employee?Went to pick up a SIM card. During pick up, employee (Rebecca) says that I can switch to the unlimited plan for the SAME price. She says it multiple times. Now I was not interested in changing plans at all, but I assumed she was telling the truth so I went through with the transaction. All that was needed was autopay set up (which I already have).Later in the evening, I get my estimated bill from Verizon, and its now increased by $30. To no surprise, all attempts to revert back to my old plan are futile because it was a grandfathered plan and no longer exists.Heres what I learned: Dont trust anything an employee tells you until you verify it multiple times, probably with the store manager.Unfortunately, Victra is no better. Seems like competence is in short supply these days.

I wanted to change my cell phone carrier to Verizon first thing I walked in the girl at front door said we have 3 people ahead of you and the wait time is 1:30 minutes I was wondering how come you have 3 people waiting with all these sales associates with Verizon shirts wandering around and not helping them, I said I will wait and see what will happen, I kid you not it took more than an hour and 30 minutes to have someone talk to me, I asked multiple times why these sales associate are not helping customers she said ohh they are at lunch or they just helped a customer and are not available, more customers started to show up and keep waiting but no sales associate came forward to offer help instead they were restocking the charger and phone case shelves I found this very disrespectful wasting peoples time and not honoring Verizons commitments to its customers

Went into upgrade two lines of service today. Was told that we would need to go online to place the order, even though they let the person in front of us wanting a new line of service in to place their order. Why not just help us place the order in store? Of courser the website is not letting the upgrade order go trough even both lines are eligible. Pretty disappointing to see this type of customer service happing. This is being written by an ex employee of over 10 years of service as a sales rep and Sr. Sales Trainer.

I was sent to the Elk Grove Verizon store by a Verizon representative to pick up and have our new iPhones set up. When I got there, a man came out of the store and handed me a bag with the phones in it. I told him that I was sent there to have them set the phones up for me. He said we don’t do that and shut the door on me. When I got home I realized that they put the wrong phone cases in the bag. So rude and can’t even get the order right.

Staff tried their best to help us even stayed a bit late. Only problem with Verizon is trying to speak with a human being is very difficult, time consuming and taxing to get there. Once you get to talk to or see a person, they are quite good. Also, I found that TMobil senior rate does not beat my regular rate with Verizon.

My first phone was through Verizon. Over the years, the plans have changed. Anyways, my husband and I decided to move to sprint for cheaper family package. Heres our mistake, although sprint provided us great family unlimited package their service within our neighborhood were not supported. Unfortunately, we had to quit sprint service and return to Verizon. They have good coverage but the phone prices are expensive (which is all the stores)We came to the store and upgraded my husbands phone to S8 but I kept my iPhone 6 (Ill upgrade when the iPhone 10 comes out).The customer service was okay here. Prior to changing the plans, my husband had came to the store to inquire about switching the carrier. I wish the sale representative had informed him at that point that whenever you decide to come, bring all these information for smooth transition. We were unaware so that took as longer than anticipated on the actual day of change. Unlike sprint, they dont have employee discounts. I was unhappy about that.And I wish they provide a breakdown of the cost for the upcoming bill and etc. I felt the in store lacked communication skills. I had to contact customer service to get details.

Really should be a zero! This review is really pertaining to this store in general! This store can never help with anything, always turning me away, sending me off to go all the way across town or where I signed on to Verizon. Its the most horrible customer service experience ever! I walked in to get a new phone and ive always been hesitant going into verizon because Ive had a few bad experiences where I was told one thing and charged another but I was immediately greeted by everyone. I forgot the womans name, but she came right up to me and helped me order my phone, bundled a case, charger, screen protector and pops pocket for me within 15 minutes. She was a delightful conversationalist and Im extremely happy with my overall experience here!

Due to the fact that I signed up in Sams Club where i got my new phones I was told to go back there. Really this review pertains to Verizon in general; not necessarily this location. Went in on 2/2/15 to upgrade to the More Everything Plan, as my daughter had recently been in for a warranty return on her phone (dont even get me started on the $300 I now owe, thanks to the USPS breaking the phone in transit), and was told about this Plan. A Plan that would allegedly cost me no more money out of pocket. So, I went in to see what the catch was. I was told the same, and I made it exquisitely clear that I did not want the new Plan, if in one red-cent extra came out of my wallet in any way, shape, or fashion (i.e. taxes, plan change charges, fees or what have you). I said, If you can promise that, then Ill do the deal. Did it, and what do you know, my bill was $61 more, and I literally did the change within 12 hours of the billing period end date. Called CS to clarify this was not what I agreed to, and was told this was a one-time plan change charge, sorry I misunderstood, and my bill would actually be $234/month now; not my regular $205. I said, No, that would not be the case, and to fix it. I was perfectly clear on what needed to transpire for me to agree to this Upgrade, and was told no extra money would be extracted from my wallet, PERIOD. I was told it would take a few hours to fix my account. Fast forward to today, 2/12/15, and the charges remain. So I called CS again and told them to restore my previous plan, as someone cant follow basic instructions. Guess what, they did, and conveniently dropped off 2Gb of data from each line (4 down to 2), and charged me another full month pre-pay for next month, as this was another Plan Change; a bill now totaling $413. So, for something that was not to cost one red-cent more, Im out over $200 to fix someone elses hollow promises (plus another $300 for a phone the Post Office broke). Ridiculous. Told Customer Care (on my third call today), that they clearly dont value my business, just my $2,500/year. Like insurance companies - your best friend as long as the money is flowing from your wallet to their bank account, but piss off the minute you want some service! Companies all tow this BS customer service line of crap, but its all a farce.

The worst customer service ever experienced. My wife and I have made more than 5 trips to their location just to solve a technical issue in my wifes phone. The phone is still messing up nothing fixed in it. Even when they ordered a new device for her and after 10 days of waiting, they could not find the device they ordered. After wasting our time over and over, they found that the phone was not delivered and returned to the sender and asked us to contact the USPS to follow up!The employees look like careless. The waiting time is too much without getting any result or service at the end. I will never do business with this store and will definitely reconsider having wireless service with Verizon because of them.
