Miguel helped me and my mom upgrade our phones. We were really worried going into it because we wanted to make sure all our photos, messages, etc would transfer onto the new phones. Miguel made sure to go through everything with us and made us feel so comfortable. He was kind, helpful, and so patient. I have never had such an amazing experience with Verizon. Actually, it’s always been quite the opposite. We are so grateful for all of Miguel’s help and for his colleague Matt, who helped us prior to coming in. We will definitely be back to this location again! Thank you for all you do and showing us that good customer service still exists.

Working personnel was very friendly and extremely patient towards me. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spend great amount of time talking on my behalf with Verizon Customer Service Line and afterwards explained to me everything one more time. to make sure I understood everything and to check if everything seemed ok with me. He showed great customer service skills, work ethics and made sure everything was done properly and to the point.Overall, great service and awesome team on the floor every time.

I went in on Black Friday this year to see what kind of deals were available. I was greeted by Andrew and explained to him that I was looking to switch over from T-Mobile to Verizon. He brought out the latest Android phones for me to try out and really helped me in making my decision on a new phone purchase. Long story short, Im a sucker for good customer service and Andrew did not disappoint.

Emanuel is was an incredible help. He helped out so much in upgrading my whole family to IPhone 12s and still managed so save us 200 a month. Will monster definitely come back for all my wireless necessities.

My daughter and I were both in the market for a new phone and we decided to visit Verizon in Elk Grove.Lucy was available when we got there and she was very personable and Incredibly helpful from the start. We were both looking to upgrade our phones. Mine was fine, just needed to transfer the info to my new phone. My daughter’s current phone was not able to charge and it kept turning off. And in addition to the problem with the old phone’s condition, there was confusion with what’s in the cloud, what’s transferring over , why don’t things match up? Lucy was absolutely fabulous throughout the ordeal, as we did not feel comfortable leaving the store without knowing if all the data would transfer and be stored properly. I received assistance from Matthew Vruno, who ended up being the nicest person Ive ever met from customer service. He didnt JUST help me get a new phone. He helped me find a phone that was right for me. He went out of his way to find out what I was looking for, constantly making sure I was satisfied by the time I left. He compared prices designs and tons more stuff that helped me figure out what was best for me. He went from pulling stuff out to comparing devices on a website. Thats not all, Matt ended up being SUPER personable. I ended up laughing more than I expected I would when buying a new phone. This is such a big deal because I left SO happy knowing that I received the best service out there. I am beyond satisfied with the service I received today. Last Thursday I went to the Verizon store in Elk Grove Il, I was having problems with my Samsung phone.I was introduced to Daniel Diaz,and Im glad I did.I told him about my problems and needed a new phone.He was very very helpful,he brought out a couple of phones and explained the difference between them. With his help I settled on a Motorola Edge.He new all the ins and outs of the phone , he transfered all my data from my old phone to my new one. He gave me a very good price also.He even gave me his private number if I needed help.If you.If your looking for a new phone ,go see Daniel you wont be disappointed . Great Guy

I went in to trade in my Note 9 for a Note 10+, but was told I should get the LG V50. I knew nothing about this phone, but decided to take a look at reviews and ask both sales associates what they thought of the phone. I thought it was a bit strange that the manager was literally pushing the LG. It made me wonder whats wrong with this phone, it seems like theyre trying to get rid of them or something. I decided to try the phone since I was told that I could return it within 14 days if I wasnt happy with it. I tried the phone out for a few days and it wasnt for me, but unfortunately I made the mistake of cracking the back of the phone during this short period of time. I called the store and explained the situation. I let them know that I would be fine with paying a fee for the crack and was told that I could return the phone but would just be charged a restocking fee. I went back to the store the next day and the woman (unfortunately cant remember her name) gave me very poor customer service. I explained the situation to her and she called Jose and was told that I would have to pay a $250 restocking fee, I agreed to this because I just really didnt like the phone at all. She then called someone else who she said let her know that the phone could not be taken back. I then put in an insurance claim for the phone and was told the phone was discontinued. This was such a horrible experience. I literally just wanted to upgrade my phone, but this experience is what I was left with.

HUGE shout out to Matthew! We walked over from the Sprint store (our previous service provider) pretty bummed about our experience and in a strange plot twist... he was super helpful!! He asked about our phone usage, was super patient while we got our info from Sprint, grabbed cases from the shelves for us to look at, and most of all - he was totally transparent about cost.He took the time to break down all of the costs up front and on our bill so there would be no surprises, as well as explained the deals we could get and the discounts if we went paperless and did autopay. Wed put off getting new phones for over three years because of bad customer service at other places so it was a pleasant surprise to actually have excellent service, and it built confidence between us and Verizon for the future. Have had Verizon for 20 years. Needed to upgrade two phones on our plan. Met with Kimberly who was a traveling employee trainer. We were there for 3, 4 hours, purchase, transferring data, so we had a LOT of time to cover whatever needed to be covered. Due to a six week illness followed by a death in my family, I didnt have time to worry about phones. Within a month, both phones had cracks in the upgraded tempered glass protectors. Found my phones in the bag. Back to the store to find out 1) my old phone had to be returned the weekend I bought the replacement in order to get $100 credit, so now only worth $33., and, 2) screen protectors were never registered. I had even stopped by to ask about the screen protectors but didnt have both phones with me, no one mentioned registration. So, needed to purchase two new protectors, which were kindly discounted to half price, but... so it cost me $44 plus the trade-in difference of $67. I cant really blame this store as it was the outside employee but, if this is what a trainer does, theyre in trouble. Should I have been more proactive? I didnt know that I needed to be, and, I couldnt have been, while I sat in the hospital, rehab, and hospice, with my 94 year old mother. John was very nice and I am sure he did what he could to rectify the situation by offering to sell me the screen protectors at half price, but, in my opinion, it wasnt enough. Sorry for the long post.

This verizon location will charge you for anything . They will not do anything for you even if you a Verizon costumer unless you paid them.

Hats off to Edward Eggleston! (Not so much the District Sales Manager who was totally unhelpful!) We were transferring 4 phones from Sprint to Verizon. When there were issues activating our Verizon service, we went next door to Sprint and twice they confirmed that our phones were unlocked. Apparently Sprint gave us wrong information.Edward tried his best to assist us and finally referred us to the Apple store. Although he didnt fix our problem, he did EVERYTHING...and I mean everything he could to assist us.I am glad to return to Verizon and will never use Sprint again.

I ordered the new IPhone XS Max a few days ago and went into Verizon today to pick up the phone, but was rather disgusted when the computer system would not allow my phone to be rung up by the cash register. Apparently the IPhone was not showing as available for purchase in the inventory system. In the middle of this situation I spoke to the GM (Rodney) on the phone and was unsatisfied with his help. I wanted to just cancel the entire order, end my contract with Verizon and walk over to the T-Mobile location next store to solve my phone issues, but two employees came to the rescue and their professionalism and patience were the best I have ever seen. Sid Ruffin and Jo. T were the employees and they were absolutely terrific. They rectified the problem and got on the phone with Verizon technical to get the problem resolved and now I have my phone. Thank you Sid and Jo. You are the best. Had you both not been there I would no longer be a Verizon customer.Also- this Verizon store was the cleanest and most organized Verizon I have ever entered. Thank you for being so clean and tidy!

Store is supposed to open at 9am weekdays. It is 10:30 am and store is closed. OPEN sign is prominently displayed, television is on inside; however, doors are locked and no one inside. I sat outside for 15 min and still closed.
