As a first-time customer, I was delighted with my experience. I had a PVC sign and wall decal made. Mike was professional and courteous. They turned the project around surprisingly quickly with great quality printing at reasonable prices. And then when I ruined part of the wall decal when installing, they printed a replacement in two days.

I used FastSigns for work and was very happy with their quality and speed so when I needed decal stickers for the Elmhurst Jaycees carnival signs, they were my first choice. Unfortunately, that was my mistake. I received a quote and was told based on the sign I had they could be an inch shorter (than Id originally asked for) and would still fit, so I okd the size difference and had them printed. But when I picked them up and affixed the decal to my sign it was too short. When our chapter President went and talked to Diane and the manager they told him they never told me I should print them smaller and the manager told him that he couldnt reprint the decals because that was too many. I dont appreciate being lied to (I still have the original quote with the size Id originally asked for). And feel that this is bad business practice. My suggestion is to find a different company that honors their word.
