Took my son and his friend up to try out the vr.They had fun and it was good experience for them.Money well spent.Friendly staff and overall nice experience. I was allowed to try out the racing simulation and it was on point awesome. They offer birthday deals which is cool

When I was a kid I loved going to all the stores. And now as an adult Im watching my childhood fade away store by store. I hope something changes soon if not oh well. It was a great 20+yrs

Surprised by some of the new things here. Arcade, mini golf and a fantastic comic book store. My grandkids loved it!

Im giving a 5 star rating because last month an arcade was finally brought back to the Towne Mall, otherwise I would give a 3. The arcade brought me back to the days of Pocket Change, back when the mall was not only a place for the adults to go shopping, but a chance for me as a kid to my hands on some quarters and win some tickets. The coolest part about my experience there was gathering up 180 tickets and then giving them to a kid and his mom, the fun in it for me was playing the old school games. I hope I made that kids day, I sure know it would have made mine.

The Mall is a great place to shop. Its smaller than most Malls but it has the Quant Hometown , nice feel to the place!!❤

Great stores, awesome food and amazing gifts! I went to go to the new comic store to get a comic book and came out with a great deck of cards made by theory 11! Also ended up with something from almost every store!!

The stores are constantly changing so you never can assume a store is still going g to be there that you had been in previously. It is clean and the staff are very nice elsewise.

I like Towne Mall. Im not a mall rat. I dont go for fun. I go when I need something. And they have the stores to meet those needs. A lot of the younger peeps complain that the mall is too small and doesnt have the stores they want. But those stores are generally in larger markets. This is a small town. The mall is clean. There is plenty of parking. It is well located. I recommend Towne Mall.

The mall has declined the last 20years. It use to be a place you can go to for everything. Also hang out with your friends. No one wants to pay for the high rent and deal with the stipulations anymore is why the stores over the years have left and open up larger strip mall type stores. Renovations and rent decrease to getting more variety of stores may help. It just isnt like it use to be. Bring the mall back. ❤️

This was a trip to Bob Evans Restaurant that actually is in front of Towne Mall. New pandemic orders say you must wear a mask to enter, which is a really dumb idea for restaurants. Once seated and you have a drink served, the mask comes off. Workers appear to wear masks but dont be surprised if they have nose and mouth exposed.This was a mid afternoon trip (Saturday) and there was only 2 tables of people. So, service was fast. Food came to us fast, but some needed a little more microwave warm up. Food looked great and ample portions. As always, the flavor was good.

It has improved a bit. I just doubt if any of the businesses will last.

There seemed to be a decline in the stores that this mall has to offer but it seems to be making a comeback by way of the unique experiences that are here such as xtreme cornhole and the VR experience.

They dont have any place that has boot cut pants anymore. Everything is a high rise jegging

They have closed a lot of the stores. They need more clothing stores, especially for women, not teenagers. Thats the only reason I gave 4 stars, otherwise its a has a nice atmosphere & clean restrooms. Auntie Annes please come back!

The mall used to be a wonderful place filled with great places but in the past 10 years its ran down. They charge so much rent that stores cannot afford to stay. One of its biggest money makers recently closed. If we could get more stores into the mall it would no doubt be a great place to go again.. Sad that its lost so much over the years. Now its a teenager hang out and few stores worth going to.Honestly speaking dont believe the 5 star reviews just visit and you will see for yourself.

Lots of businesses to shop. Some of the employees are nice. Others not so sociable.

They were fun and a great place to be. But they lost the spark. Now they are mainly closed stores.

Its very quiet. I am saddened that the businesses are so slow. We need to support the mall - I would hate to see this become an abandoned piece of real-estate.

Very nice place. There are many shops and food and PLENTY of parking! The prices werent bad, and not to mention that the people that work in that area ( Elizabethtown) are ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!!Their so kind and sweet, and greets you with a smile 😃!!! So I would DEFINITELY recommend the Towne Mall! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way!

A lot of the stores relocated or foreclosed. Theres not many stores I like to shop here except Bath and Body Works. The kiosks and local vendors outside the shops is what keeps me going here.

Small shopping mall, has a lot of potential with a lot of open spaces, but basically if you dont need clothes, dont go there. They have a cool toy store there with a lot of retro stuff, but all other necessities, can get elsewhere.

I grew up at this mall if they would just get more clothing for 25-13 year olds then the place would be booming because when School time run back around or when ever anyone needs clothes!!! THEY GO STRAIGHT TO THE TOWN MALL FIRST IF NOT LAST!!! CLOTHING FOR THIS GENERATION!!!

It appeared to be clean, as it should be with the amount of stores that have left. Usually when I do go, its to Belks & they have their own doors. I have only been in Towne Mall once, and that was over 15 years ago.Hubby & I were there to get our COVID shots.

Its your basic small town mall, half empty and dying a slow death.

A lack of quality stores and small size of this mall make it almost embarrassing to even refer to this place as a mall. Over the years its become more like a large public daycare for people to take their small children. Louisville is the closest place with an actual mall if you intend to do any real shopping.

A really good place to go for last minute gifts and small purchases. There is quite a bit of empty stores. I hate to see the mall so empty store wise , but this is a tough time to own a business.

A derelict mall that hasnt changed since the 70s. More than half the stores are closed, and theres a thin layer of grime and dust on everything. The only reason anyone goes here is because its the closest mall (if you can even dare to call it that) for miles for small town folks. Anyone who claims its a good mall is hanging onto nostalgia. Not only that, but most locals dont hang out here because they know better, theres reports of women being stalked around and followed to their cars. Dirty, dingy, and sad. It needs to just be bulldozed.

The town mall is ok but I 3ish there something they could add to draw the people, it seems like a ghost town at tines. However whenever I am in a need of a specific item I can usually find it from make up b to gym shoes.

Its glory years are definitely behind it as it was built in the late 80s and flourished in the era of mall expansion.It still houses useful stores and some national chains such as Belk, Finish Line, Spencers, Hot Topic, Victorias Secret, and Bed, Bath and Beyond. I only ever visit it these days to purchase a specific incense from a hippy shop and to browse/buy high end tennis shoes when in the market for such.Its food court has greatly diminished over the past 20 years as have its cornerstone stores, of which 3 were originally the keystones Towne Mall was built around, JCPenney, Sears, & Dawahares.All three are now gone and various other clothiers and big box chain stores have come and gone.
