The lady that I spoke too was very friendly and she even waited to go on her break to help me with a Elsa outfit for my daughter. If anyone is around there she has short brown hair and was changing price tags. I believe her name was Cathy.

One of my favorite stores. Employees are always friendly & their returns are easy.

Small store, with the focus of female clothes and jewelry. Customer service was great besides the fact that 20 old ladies are returning their jewelry and arguing that they arent getting full price back. Stood in line for 25 minutes because all the returns.

My experience at JC Penneys was simple but the stores in a sad state. Some of the decisions the Penneys company made before coronavirus took its toll had already done damage to the company and its not some place I go to first.

I like having the option to order and pick up at the store with no shipping charges.

Lots of Clearance racks if you have time to shop, youll find some fantastic deals. Good sales going on as well...

Not too bad. Have crazy sales on suits right now. Service is a little slow and cant use dressing rooms right now. But all in all got what we needed at a good price

Plenty of items to choose from. But one lady was very rude when I was asking questions. The cashier went out of her way to assist me. My brother was needing a suit, and since he is blind, it takes a little bit of extra work. I was perturbed by the rude lady. But the nice one saved the day. Final note: the prices are insanely high. No wonder JC PENNEY is on their way out.

Clean store and they where wearing mask for safety and the lady who waited on us was very precise and efficient. Great place to shop and had a great selection of what we needed.

Very nice place to shop. Tons of clothes. They only had to registers going though so it took like 15 minutes in line. Nice jewelery counter. The people were very nice even though they were rushed. I recommend if you need clothes.

I hadnt shipped at JCPenney in a while. I was surprised at how good the prices were for quality items. Sale prices are comparable to Target or even Walmart for things like bedding, bath towels, shoes and accessories, and basic clothing, but the quality is better. This location also has a Sephora, which my daughter thought was great.

Love JCP, always something nice. The associates are super kind and helpful. I ask the cashier to do not give me a plastic bag, and she nicely fold my items and place them on my purse ( I am trying to reduce my plastic use, and forgot my cloth bag)

I came in the store Sat 11/18/2017 and was in desperate need of an outfit for a wedding that I had to leave for in less then an hr. 3 young ladies in the Jr section came together and helped me find the perfect outfit. When it was time to ring up the cashier said one moment ma’am I actually think this dress is on sale and sure enough she came back from the JR section and it was 30%off. Overall that was an awesome experience and great customer service.

Staff at Home Sephora was incredibly attentive and kind. Within seconds of coming in, Jessica was quick to ask me about my skin needs and how she could help me. She was able to recommend multiple products and explain the various benefits of each brand. Katie helped me match the right product color and product to my skin type. Both girls were fun and approachable. This was easily my best Sephora experience ever. They took the time to explain ingredients in products and the importance of a quality skin care routine. I feel like they built on my needs and concerns rather than up-selling based on my insecurities. I felt valued and like I left more confident and excited. The support staff found my products in seconds and were joyful the entire time. Will be a regular.

Today was their Black Friday & they had plenty of sales. Prices were moderate to inexpensive. The majority of the products I have purchased at JCPenny have worn well & lasted a long time.

I went black Friday shopping on Thanksgiving and got not only great deals but also they hand anywhere from 10 off up to 500 dollars off coupons to each person in line. I had a blast love this jcpenny

Not good today. Purchased some shoes and earrings that I probably would not have bought if I had known coupon on website expired on June 7th. Why would it be on there over a month after it expired. Considering returning my purchase the more I think about it. Its no wonder people shop on line..

We only went to use the restroom, but the staff was freindly and the bathrooms were clean.

Bleached my hair at home; it turned orange in some spots, so I went to the salon to take the brassiness out, as I wanted it toned to a pretty ash blonde color. They put bleach on + heat over it, and my scalp was BURNING. I checked the top of my head when I got home, and there were chemical burns on my scalp. They also did not tone it. It was bright, pee yellow + chemical burns on my scalp. So overpriced, just for that. Disgusting.

Worker went above n beyond... I was needing a short sleeved dress shirt in extended size for my father... And oddly enough the store only had long sleeved shirts.... The worker was not busy in jewelry center.. Offered to help me ( i must have looked lost)... She went through the clearance racks and helped me find what i needed. She was great. True customer service.. Most workers in this store want to help you...would be 5 star... But who doesnt carry short sleeved dress shirts for more than 3 months out if the year? Many people rely on jcp for extended sizes... Or funeral clothes... And they should keep the short sleeved dress shirts readily available at least 6 months a year... If not all 12.

Google states JC Penney closes at 9. We drove 50 miles to pick up an online order and do some shopping. We arrive at 7:50 to find out it closes at 8. So we had no time to shop after picking the order up. What a waste of time and gas. I could have picked the order up at a diff time since the order took 2 1/2 weeks to come in.

Not younger plus friendly. Im 21 years old and always walk out disappointed. My family and I are avid JCP customers and its becoming very limited for bigger girls. If you do find your size in what limited stock they have, the style/color/pattern is demeaning and very unflattering.

Like the store, staff most of the time is friendly. There are a select few who need to remember they have employment because customers shop there. They are always short with customers and not friendly.

It has been a long time since I was at this Penney store. Surprised to see refrigerators. Could not find a very good selection of Alfred Dunner or Worthington women dress slacks. Lots of Jeans. Maybe between seasons, but the store was not stocked well. Went to Belk and found what I was looking for. This Penney store is cluttered, hard to find clothing even though the signs were easy to read. Disappointed, left the store without going to other departments. If I wanted appliances I would go to Lowes.
