I am the Therma-Tru Door Territory Manager for The Window and Door Gallery. Terry and his team are very knowledgeable, thorough and are great partners of Therma-Tru. Therma-Tru provides the door units to our local door shops like Window and Door Gallery who in turn provide their own factory finish.

Terry canceled the appointment to measure shortly before he was supposed to arrive, then showed up a day later without rescheduling first. They then provided a quote without asking what kind of door we wanted. I made an appointment and drove all the way across town only to find they had closed to store to run errands, and was told I could come back later. After telling them I wanted a prefinished door, I was told this is not something that can be ordered, that doors have to be ordered unfinished and they then finish them for you. I know this to be incorrect since I just ordered a prefinished door less than a year ago from the same manufacturer. Terry called back about a week later to follow up and was very rude when he was told we went with another company. Hands down, the worst customer service I have ever received and I do NOT recommend them!
