I had a tire ready to blow out (metal belts showing) and was 60 miles from home. Even worse, I had a very important job to be at in a few hours, and was never going to make it if I didn’t get this tire replaced immediately. After going to Ken Towery’s up the road and being turned away by an extremely rude employee named Ricky, I went here instead hoping they would be different. Rob Casey, manager, and crew saved my day! They changed my tire old-school with a floor jack (my truck was too big to fit in their bay) and got me safe to drive home in time to make it to my job. They were also extremely nice in doing so. I highly recommend this place! Thanks again for saving the day!

Great experience with this place! In a world in which everyone is quick to hustle you out of your money without earning it. This place earns it and stands behind not only their work but also the products (tires) they sell and represent.

Sunday afternoon with 60 miles left to go and my check tire light came on.These guys were great ,fixed me right up with a new tire. I had to wait,but that was expected.Great service.

My wife and children were traveling from OH to TN and experienced a flat. Fortunately, Tires Plus was open to get them back on the road. However, it is unfortunate they do not operate with a bit more integrity. In their defense, she was simply concerned with getting back on the road and did not provide any instruction other that she needed a new tire because she had a flat. That being said, it would have been nice if she would have chosen a business which operates on integrity and advised her if the tire was repairable, provided her options other than a 70,000 mile tire, and asked if she resided near a Tires Plus location, which we do not, prior to selling her a lifetime wheel balance package. I appreciate Tires Plus for getting them back on the road, but taking a few moments to determine what she really needed would have been far greater appreciated.

Employees are friendly! They work with you when youre on a budget to get you the best deals. They work fast ,but insure the job is done right. If my vehicle needs work Ill be coming here.

Friendly people and I would highly recommend the life time alignment. Doesnt matter if you just changed the whole front end they will align it free. Awesome program.

Twice now they have over charged. As a long time customer, you would think they care about you. Nope, just your money. They have a fake friendly attitude, but make no mistake. Money is the only thing that matters here. I will travel twice as far now to get the right customer service and price. Ive bought over 15 brand new sets of tires and the last two experiences have been horrible with tires plus. They assume you are not intelligent and therfore try to justify there actions and prices with lies. Very unfortunate. Be mindful of your receipt if you must use them.

Went here to get an overheating issue fixed, cost me nearly $900 just to fix an issue that they didn’t even fix. I’ve had issues continue to pop up a week after I bring it back it. Thought they fixed it then. Still having issues. I originally brought the car in 3 weeks ago and our radiator hose is about to burst, the same hose we pointed out to them and asked them to replace of which they did not. We will not being going back here, and I personally don’t suggest going here to fix your vehicle. It is extremely frustrating to have to keep going back for an issue that could have easily been fixed.

I came to tires plus on January 1 2021 to have four new tires put on my car. I was told it would take an hour. Two hours later the tech backed my car out and left the premises when I asked manager where he went they had no idea upon returning ten minutes later he claimed to be trying to get low tire pressure light to go out ( keep in mind there’s a reset button on steering wheel for this exact light ) the manager was rude so I asked for number for gm and was told that the gentleman ringing me up was the gm I was then told he was waiting for me to calm down to talk to me yet after handing me my invoice he never said one word and let me walk out the door. Nothing was said to tech who left property with my vehicle and there was no effort made to try and make the situation right both manger and gm were unprofessional and rude I would not reccomend anyone go to this tires plus and will be contacting corporate about attitude of manager and gm

Too slow not professional at all

Had a screw get stuck in my front passenger tire. They got to me quickly and gave me a patch for less than $30 instead of trying to sell me a new tire that I didnt need. Good people. Would definitely recommend.

We first stopped at Scott Nalls which after trying to literally double the price on the same tire and then deciding (when we were leaving to go to Michels for the same tire at half their price) they decided they needed to charge us for putting on the spare. Visit 03/04/2020Took my Durango into for evaluation of a front end noise, tire rotation and oil change. I received a call explaining the problems they found and they wouldnt be able to repair all due to obsolete parts. It was suggested I try a collision center. They also gave me an estimate of repairs which exceeds the value of the auto. I will take it to a collision center for an estimate. I believe this business did a good job of evaluating the problem and make an update later. I previously bought a set of Firestone tires from here and the rotation was included for no charge.Visit 03/07/2020Girlfriend had a 3 p.m. appointment for an oil change. They were not ready for her. She asked for a tire rotation while they had it. Total time there was 1 hour and 20 minutes, which is long. There was another lady there before us who waiting on a set of tires, tire alignment and oil change. She was still waiting when we were leaving and having to reschedule the alignment. I heard her tell someone she had been there 3 hours. I advise anyone to proceed with caution.Revised 03-16-2020While I can recommend for tires, I DO NOT recommend auto repair. This is based on two experiences which I had given them the benefit of the doubt, but now realize it was a pattern of bad work.Last year I took my Durango on for brake work and they failed to correct a problem I told them about. The job cost a little over $500. Failure to correct all problems , including front calibers I told them about, resulted in damage to the nearly new pads and rotors. They did make things right by making all repairs for no charge which exceeded the original bill, so I considered it an unfortunate incident.Recently, I took same vehicle in and told them it had a bad cv axle. They confirmed it and gave me an estimate. They also said there was other damage that need to be done by a collision center with an estimate more than the vehicles value. I have since had the cv axle replaced at another garage who charged me $200 LESS for the axle. The other garage said the additional work could be done later if I chose to.I have lost trust in Michael Tires Plus for any mechanical work, but have found a new garage thanks to a Google search.

Had to Waynes tire...because this place would not fix a puncture I had. Wanted me to buy new tire. Staff was nice is only reason 2 stars.

I came in for 2 new tires on a perfectly healthy truck and had to go back because they messed with my breaks and I couldnt drive home without them fixing it. They charged me over $300. Do not go here for any reason!

Our experience with them has been awesome for years! My Business uses them to service all our vehicles, the other day I sent my big truck there to get new brakes, I was called and told they would check theback brakes as the front ones were fine....they charged us nothing and told us what the issue was......great management over there!

Horrible. I should have known. I had a scheduled appointment for an oil Change and tire rotation on Sunday at 4:00 p.m. Showed up at 4:00 and apparently the person who scheduled the appointment, didnt. They had me in the system for a rotation and oil change, but no appointment. They were backed up so I had to reschedule. I rescheduled for the following Wednesday. Should have just taken the clue and went somewhere else.The following Sunday I noticed I had lost significant tire pressure. Found a screw in my tire. Michaels was open. I went in and asked them to plug my tire. They said it would be approximately $26. I was ok with that. But then they came back out and said due to the location of the screw, they could not plug it, they had to replace the entire tire. The cheapest tire was $73. I was on the phone with my dad. He asked if the screw was in the sidewall of my tire, I said no, its in the tread. He told me to tell them to stop working on my car and leave. They were taking advantage of me. When I indicated that I would be taking it somewhere else to get it plugged, they said, oh, it CAN be plugged, but corporate wont allow us?????? What happened to the first lie? due to the location of the screw, which as it turns out, the location of the screw was in the lobby of Michaels Tires!!DO NOT GO TO MICHAELS TIRES PLUS UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO GET SCREWED.

We broke down on the way to Mammoth Cave, Tire plus went beyond the call of duty to diagnose our problem. Their manager kept in touch with us through out the weekend and their tech recommended a muffler shop to replace the catalytic converter. Many thanks to an outstanding organization.

We came in after our last working car got its tire popped off by a pothole... The rim was Cracked so they couldnt sell us a tire, but they raised the car up, put on a donut, and checked the ride of the car for completely free.Cannot reccommend enough, come here if you need fast help (also only place open on a Sunday)

Bought a tire from them then 2 days later went flat they didn’t mount it to the rim correctly then after bringing it in to get fixed somehow my tpm sensor went out somehow randomly on a completely opposite tire that they were messing with when I brought it back to get the new tire fixed well 2 months down the road I got new set of tire and they said it was removed there wasn’t one even there and there was one in there when I pulled into the shop
