My daughter went for an ultrasound at 8w1d and everything went perfectly! The ultrasound technician was super sweet and informative. She made us feel comfortable right from the start. We will be going back in 1 week for her gender blood draw! We are so excited to find out what shes having so early! The facility was extremely clean and welcoming. I will be buying Sweet Baby Face gift cards for all future mommas I know!

Referred a customer to them and they were very accommodating. She sent me the 3d pictures and they were beautiful.

Thank you for allowing visitors during the ultrasound. My husband finally got to see our baby when I was 13+5. He’s wanted nothing more than to be a father. It breaks his heart not being able to watch our baby grow like I have. We will definitely be back for the 3D/4d scan when I’m around 28-30 weeks!

My Saturday ultrasound tech was AMAZING. We had the heartbeat package and she did her best to get our sweet girl in the BEST position. Got us a few pictures and it was the gentlest ultrasound I’ve ever had. If I could take her with me to every ultrasound I would! Lol

Had a wonderful experience with kind ultrasound technician. My whole family was there and everybody in tears. Cost is 1/3 of the hospital ultrasound, but with instant prints and soft lighting, comfy couches. Feels less hospital, more like home.

The images are so cool. Plus the staff is so sweet! I did the 9 week gender blood test then I had an ultrasound. The 3d 4d images are stunning. I drove an hour away because I heard sweet baby face was the best Ultrasound facility in Kentucky.

Such a fun experience. I loved the 3D4D images. We drove 2 hours away because we heard this was the very best place to get a hd 3d 4d ultrasound and we were not disappointed. The tech was so sweet and spent extra time trying to get the baby to move. We had a lot of family members with us and there was so much room. We will be coming up here again. I wish we would have came for the 9 week gender.

Came into Sweet Baby Face to have 30 week 3D ultrasound, was greeted immediately by Melissa with a friendly smile and hello. She took me back to have my ultrasound, and the entire time was showing me my sweet Zoe and explaining what everything is. I truly feel that she took her time and was crazy knowledgeable of her machine because of course my husband was curious about that ....boys..lol and all the baby parts. My baby girl is perfect and Melissa confirmed that!

It’s a nice little place, me and my husband were made to feel so welcome!The lady who did our scan (I can’t remember her name) was absolutely lovely, talked us through everything.Would 100% recommend!

I did the pink and blue package for both of my boys to find our their genders at 15 weeks! I highly recommend them to anyone. I’ve been to both locations, and the ladies are super sweet!

Sweet Baby Face is amazing!! We had an ultrasound at another place and thought we knew the gender and planned a gender reveal for that weekend. They called us the day before the reveal and said after reviewing the photos they were unable to determine gender with certainty. So in a panic we called this place to see if they had any last minute openings but they closed at 7 and I dont get off work until 7. But they were gracious enough to stay open an extra hour so that we could get there and determine gender for our reveal the next day. The ultrasound tech was sooo nice and helpful and we really enjoyed our experience. We got a stuffed animal that plays the heartbeat and lots of pics that I will cherish forever. We will definitely be back!

I have used sweet baby face for all three pregnancys and they are absolutely amazing. They take their time and do not rush you out. They are sure to satisfy you before you leave !

I loved my ultrasound! They were very knowledgeable, and helped me pick the package that was best for me and my estimated due date, rather than trying to sell me on the most expensive package. Would definitely recommend them! ❤️

Update: they bribed me to remove my honest review with a return visit which I declined based on their poor service or a $40 refund🙄My family & I had been looking forward to this for a long time; however the tech was not friendly and was very rough with me multiple times, jarring me around and pressing hard on my stomach to try and get the baby to move which was painful. It all felt rushed and impersonal. I was excited to see if the baby had any hair. I asked if she could tell & she said yes but only on the 2D (but never checked, even after I brought it up again). It was definitely not worth the $125 that we paid. This was overall a disappointing experience. I would recommend making the drive to Louisville instead.

I am eager to do service with them. Ive called to schedule a appointment with them and with just the phone call they seem very helpful and nice! Excited to have my first baby and first ultrasound with SBF😄👶

BEST PLACE!!!! THE ULTRASOUNDS HERE ARE AMAZING!!! I was blown away by the HD ultrasound! We also found out gender at 9 weeks here too!

I wanted to take the time to write this review as my fiancé and I are over-the-moon pleased with our visit yesterday. I’ll start with: my baby boy has been stubborn in every ultrasound I’ve had (facing my spine, practically hiding in the placenta, covering his face, etc). We travelled about an hour to Sweet Baby Face in Elizabethtown (the closest 3D/4D tech in our area) and I was anxious because I was worried he wouldn’t cooperate and I of course paid for this session out of pocket. Getting started, the tech was very friendly and chatted with us, and my fiancé & I agreed she was the nicest person we’d dealt with this entire pregnancy (we are honestly sad we probably won’t see her again unless we have another baby in the future). The office was very well decorated and made us feel so comfortable, right at home. As soon as we started, my sweet boy of course was covering his face. After some moving around and very helpful suggestions by the tech, we were able to get gorgeous pictures of our little one’s face - even a few smiling pictures! My fiancé (both of us are first time parents) always struggled before recognizing features in normal ultrasounds, and these pictures made him insanely happy because we could see almost everything. This was the best experience I’ve had this entire pregnancy and I couldn’t have had a better tech working with us. The video was too precious, even with our stubborn boy, and I can’t speak highly enough of the tech - like I mentioned, we’re sad we won’t be seeing her again. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

I did the early gender ultrasound with my son, the service was great and so was the women. My son didn’t cooperate so they had me come back a few days later to make sure I got the right result.

The lady was very very rude when we first got there. The people in front of me had a gender reveal and they were really excited to find out they were having a boy and when they walked out the door she said “ they were just too excited.” With an attitude. Then when we were in the room she was getting irritated because my baby wouldn’t move into the position she wanted him in (which is very normal) then she started shaking my belly really hard. We weren’t even in the back room but 20 minutes and she asked us to just come back next week. She acted like she hated her job and did not want to be there. Overall a terrible experience.
