Our salesman Oscar was great to work with .He was very knowledgeable about the Lincoln that we purchased. There was an emblem on the passenger side fender that was applied wrong. Several request to fix it fell on deaf ears. I decided to fix it myself. Sent Bill Pinkham the general manager an email about the emblem and never got a reply. Not sure I will take my Lincoln there for any service after not getting my emblem fixed. Simple request, I can’t Imagine what a more series issue with my vehicle would get me.The sales manager was very helpful and did the finance as well. They weren’t pushy with the sale and very easy to work with except for the emblem issue.

Overall dealership was good to deal with. Once we agreed with the price of the vehicle everything went well until we were picking up the car they only had one key for the car. Until we complained quite a bit did they offer tp provide the 2nd key. In my opinion all cars should come with 2 keys. We also asked them to check the operation of the front power windows they were not rolling down properly. They didn’t address this issue or communicate that they did or didn’t attempt to fix them. When we first test drove the car the battery was dead. They did replace the battery. On the way home after taking possession of the car we noticed a vibration when we drove over 55 miles per hour. I called the next day to schedule getting the new key programmed and to address the vibration I was told I could bring it in the next day They programmed the Key but they charged me to balance the tires. I feel like the battery and vibration should have been part of their pre inspection process before they offered the car for sale. Obviously they don’t do a pre inspection of their vehicles. My salesman was great and easy to deal with

Drove a couple hours to look at a used vehicle that we had a hard time finding locally. Called to inquire about availability and talked to Oscar. He was helpful and professional so decided to make the trip to look at the vehicle. Oscar met myself and my wife to show us the vehicle. The vehicle was as described in the listing on the dealership website. When we arrived the personnel at the dealership were following COVID guidelines and allowed a test drive without a salesperson. Decided to make the deal and other than the typical waiting involved in a car transaction, the deal went smoothly. The financing department didnt get pushy when I said no to additional warranty products, and handled all the paperwork for our out-of-state sale. Both Oscar, our sales person and the finance manger we worked with were professional, and Im overall satisfied with the experience we had with Pinkham.

Well my battery wasnt holding or able to get a full charge. My suv was at the dealership 2 full months. I disagree with what I was the service manager stated as far as how my suv was stored while waiting for parts to put in the new engine. The battery died completely after I barely made in to the dealership. The battery was replaced and I was charged and paid for a new battery. I did not bring my suv in for battery issues. Battery life to me wasnt an issue.

Several mechanical issue were wrong with the vehicle and it was not told to me I was advised that the vehicle had been passed by their service department however vehicle pulled and jerked the first week I purchased it I was told it would taken care of but now I’m being told I have to cover the cost. They knew this stuff needed to be fixed and didn’t disclose of this. Worst experience ever in my life

I had been on the market for a new vehicle for quite a while and found the one I wanted on autotrader from Pinkham. I contacted Bill who was very quick at replying to me without hassling me to come look at it but very accommodating for when i could make the drive to them for a test drive. Kyle helped me with my purchase greatly and made the buying process great they have gained a customer for life only thing was oil had not been changed prior to purchase with only 13% oil life left on the vehicle which kinda falls on both me and seller but none the less great people next time I’ll have to make sure to work the fresh oil change on the deal lol
