My car (2012 Ford Fusion) made a bad noise every time I made a right turn. I called All-Around and they had me come in Monday for a diagnostic at 2 pm. He drove the car and put it up on the rack and then came in and told me it was the axle and it needed to be replaced. I thought I would have to bring it in another day to get the work done. But he said they could get the part and do it right then if I wanted. Of course, I wanted it done as soon as possible because I was afraid to drive it. So they ordered the part and believe it or not, I was back on the road by 3:20 pm the same day! The price for labor and parts was very reasonable. .And besides all that, they called me two days later to see if everything was okay with the car!I would definitely recommend their services to anyone!

I asked a local parts store who they would take their car to. All Around Auto was suggested. I dropped my father-in-law’s car on Monday expecting to hear back at the end of the week. I have been a customer of All-Around Auto for several years. I cant recommend them highly enough! They do first-rate work, communicate efficiently, have fair pricing, and are of the highest integrity. No matter what Ive brought them to work on, theyve always got me back on the road quickly and safely. Just yesterday, I brought in my car to have the brakes replaced because I was hearing some noise. Rick checked everything, took it all apart to do a close inspection, and told me that I didnt need new brakes after all; they were fine and only needed to be cleaned off and have the parts lubricated. Now, I went in expecting to pay around $350-$450 for brakes, rotors, labor, etc. They easily could have charged me and sent me on my way but they are fair, honest, and reliable.I also had an issue with one of our vehicles not starting recently. Researching the issue myself, I believed that I needed a new starter and took it in for service. They checked it all out and didnt need to replace an expensive starter at all. Again, their integrity is noteworthy and they have earned a cutomers trust.I trust Rick, Corey, and the rest of the team at All-Around Auto!

Not only did All Around Auto take care all the problems I came to them with when it came to my ‘99 Jeep Grand Cherokee, they went above and beyond to make sure that I had good heat (one reason I needed work), not just mediocre heat. They were very professional and had excellent customer service skills. I will definitely use them in the future when I need work done again.

My truck was not running right. I dropped it off to them on Monday evening and by 10:00 Tuesday morning they were calling saying it was ready. It now runs like a brand new truck. I would highly recommend them.

I had them install a n Jasper engine in my 2007 Ford F150. I got my truck back and the check engine light came on. I took it back and they said they didnt know what was wrong. They claimed they could feel the engine idling rough but they didnt know what to do.. They put sea foam in the gas tank and said that the sea foam may take care of it. I finally took the truck to Bob Swipe Ford and they have fixed my truck. All Around Auto Care was terrible and I will never recommend anyone to them. Absolutely horrible.

I called around 10:00 to see if they could diagnose a sound that my car was making when I stepped off of the gas pedal. They said I could come in and drop off my car around noon. I took my sons pickup there to have it looked at. The quote we got for the repair was very reasonable, so we had the work done and havent had a problem since! I was so pleased I took my suv there to be tuned up-I ended up needing a belt replaced. They called to let me know prior to doing the work so there were no surprises. I will be taking our familys cars there for all of our maintenance needs.

My husband broke down on the interstate burning up brakes, rotors, and calipers. He was towed to their shop and they replaced all of the above and had him back on the road after 2 hours and working over their lunch. They were so helpful and reasonably priced. Driving through town on a long interstate trip. The guys here were very responsive and quick to evaluate our car. Turned out it didnt need any repairs at the time and despite them taking the time to look over our car they didnt charge us a dime.

Had my Tahoe towed in at 5am. Came in when they opened at 7:30 and asked if they could get it done same day and we ended picking it up at 1:30. Fantastic service and amazing turn around time!!

They were very nice and I had ALOT of work to be done on my Toyota. When I picked it up the next day(because they had to order a part) it was running much better! It was a very reasonable cost(100 dollars less than I had been quoted elsewhere) for the work that needed to be done. Despite what that other customer said, I think they are honest and worked hard to get my car ready as soon as possible. I have really noticed a difference so I know for a fact the work was done that I requested. Also, they used some parts I had bought at OReillys to get them cheaper which made me happy. I would definitely take my car back to this shop and have referred my sister to take her vehicle there.

This is the second time I needed my truck fixed. They did awesome last time so I decided to go back but this time cost a little more than I could afford. Wish I would have called around (or bought a new car!)Fyi, I was informed it would cost me 400.00 to get the compressor for my air conditioner replaced. (I needed to go back in the next morning because the hose part wouldnt be in until then). But the final bill ended up being 865.00! (For the record, it included oil change, fuse, and electrical wires above estimate) but I am still in shock that it ended up costing over twice the estimate!Anyway, this was also the second time (in the two) that someone has just stopped in to thank them for going the extra mile for someone in need while I sat waiting for my vehicle to be repaired and for that I remain impressed and they were all a teally likeable crew! For me, it just ended up being way too expensive.
