Hondru Chevy has been helpful to my fiancé and I during our time spent in Elizabethtown. They were extremely quick, efficient, and reasonable when it came to service. We had a few issues with our car and would drop it off and the next morning always got a call about what was going on. We ended up selling one of our vehicles to them and then the process was easy and low stress as well. If we weren’t leaving the area we would continue to do business at this dealership and we would recommend it to anyone needing service or sales.

I experienced a very pleasant vehicle purchase at Hondru. I spoke to Casey Lindsey once on the phone. We set an appointment which he met us at the parking lot for on time. From the first minute we met until the deal was done Casey was polite, courteous, and professional. He patiently explained all the features on the new vehicle. He linked my phone to the blue tooth.Car shopping is something I normally dread. I was very happy with Hondru and Casey. Just had an oil change and tire rotation today for my Chevy Silverado. Even with the modifications Covid-19, the process was relatively simple. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. The service was not inexpensive, but this primarily related to the cost of the synthetic oil.

In response: Let me start off by saying I was unaware the time frame of when I was able to come in was relevant to my concerns. I was in a car accident and could barely walk from my injuries so I am sorry my treatments interfered with your ability to do your job correctly! Even now you are literally making my experience worse. I have not received a single call or email when I have called and emailed multiple times so your response that you have not been able to contact me is a bold lie. My car was to be detailed because no one was in it when it was purchased and it was not done before being brought to your location. You did not upgrade anything as I was told that was standard procedure!! The car didnt even come back clean. THE ISSUE IS THAT NO ONE DID THE PAINT TOUCH UPS I WAS PROMISED (AND HAVE AN IOU FOR) AND THEN LIED TO ME ABOUT IT BEING DONE. And the lack of professionalism your so called management has with the attitude I received and lack of effort to fix this issue. If there is an option to use a different Chevy for my needs I would prefer to go that route as I will not continue to deal with your poor service and lack of responsibility for your employees actions. You made no attempt to rectify the situation even after a MANAGER promised it would be done. If needed I would prefer to be contacted by someone in upper management. I will update this google review to reflect this as well since you are trying to make it seem like your lack of competent service was somehow my fault.Terrible customer service. I have been waiting for a call back from the manager for 2 weeks now. I have left many messages and sent many emails and have not received a response from anyone. When I bought my vehicle I purchased it over a holiday weekend and was told that it wouldnt be detailed like they usually do since that department was closed. After finally being able to get an appointment to bring it in, all it looked like was someone attempted to vacuum and wipe everything in 5 minutes. I was also promised touch up paint would be taken care of as the car had chips and scratches when I bought it. I even called ahead to ask if everything was done. I was told I dont see anything about it, but Im sure they did it. Nope, they did not. On the phone with the manager he told me I dont understand why you are so upset over detailing and kept repeating Well I dont know what you want me to do. I wanted the promised work on the IOU taken care of! I explained to him since it took me weeks to coordinate to get in and a promise that my car would be up to par, I was frustrated that I wasted my time for them to do nothing. I was told it would be handled and here I am still waiting. I definitely got the used car salesman feel from this place. Next time I am going to a dealership that actually stands by their word.

I had an incredible experience that I wanted to share. I initially emailed into Hondru Chevy about a Ford pick up truck that was for sale. I immediately received a call back from Casey Lindsay and he provided me with all the information that I requested even though I was 400 miles away. He was organized, honest and very quick to help me with what I needed to make my decision. All that information was followed up by him sending me dozens of photos as well as several detailed walk around videos that really helped me alot.Ive bought 20+ cars over the last 20 years and have never had a sales person go out of his way to be so honest, upfront and quickly give me everything that I needed to make a decision on buying a vehicle that was hundreds of miles away. Casey is the real deal & really took all the stress away with buying a used vehicle when I’m 3 states away. she provided me with detailed notes regarding any defects, issues with the vehicle in when I arrived is findings were spot on. Sometimes that can be rare in this industry but I really appreciate his honesty in helping me make the right decision.Got my truck back home & I’m loving it. It had been several years since I used Hondru Chevy/Dodge but my current vehicle recently died and was in need of a new car. I visited the dealership on Monday and Casey Lindsey was my salesman. He helped me out and let me test drive several vehicles. I did purchase my vehicle from them. While doing the prep for my pick up they found that the inspection was 1 month from being expired so Casey made arrangements for me to come back and have the inspection updated free of charge. He also made sure that I had full working knowledge of the electronic system of the car. I would highly recommend the Hondru dealers any time!

I set up a general time to take a look at a truck with Hondru of E-town in Pennsylvania as well as a a couple other dealerships that same day. I ended up finding what I wanted at the first dealership I stopped at that day so I never had the pleasure of making it there, but just from my conversation on the phone with Doug the salesman, I can say that I my experience would have been great. When I broke the news to Doug that I had purchased a truck and wouldnt be arriving, he not only asked me about it to make sure I was getting a good deal, he sent me a follow up text the next day to say thanks and offer assistance with any future purchases.-Mike E

Honest. We have both cars maintained here an and bought a used car here. The used car was better than we hoped for in price and quality. Service and maintenance for both our cars (Chevvy and Toyota) have been friendly and fast. A bit expensive, but not unreasonable. It is a dealership. No price gauging. They will tell you if it is something you must fix or something you can hold off on.

Best buying experience of my life, period!!! Internet sales rep Casey Lindsey and sales manager Jason Russell were extremely professional, friendly and made me feel like family the second I stepped foot on the lot. Their price on the vehicle I wanted was already 800 dollars under KBB fair value and they even worked with me to get me lower! Thats unreal considering they were already under KBBs fair price. I shopped around and researched market pricing on the vehicle I wanted for 2 months and was meet with disappointment from 6 other dealers. Needless to say we closed the deal in about a half hour, thats including the test drive!!!!!!I would give 6 starts to this dealership if I could. You can shop around if you want, but Hondru will be your last stop for your next vehicle. I cant thank Casey and Jason enough for all they did to get me in my new vehicle!!!!!!!!! I love the vehicle and everything about my buying experience at Hondru. Other dealers should take notes, this is how its done.....

My sister is from out of town and her car failed to start. Many services were closed for cleanup from the snowstorm. Hondru took us without an appointment and replaced the battery on short notice even though much of their staff was doing snow removal. The service staff was polite and informative. My perception of Hondru has changed.

I recently purchased a 2017 Silverado LT Z71 Allstar 4x4 Crew Cab. Hondru Chevy had a great selection of vehicles, Casey was my salesman he is very knowledgeable, polite, professional, attention to detail and understanding. I told Casey my needs and he went beyond the call of duty to meet them with a smile. I have bought many vehicles in my life but never has the dealer treated me like I was a King. Edit: I was personally contacted by the GM and he apologized for an issue I had with the servicing department. I respect the fact that he took ownership, and that itself deserves an edit. However, the bump to 4 stars is because he actually drove to me, in order to witness my issue himself. My issue still is not resolved, but I that doesnt seem to be any fault of the dealership.I also feel that it would only be fair to mention that the buying experience was amazing, and the best deal I could find.--------------------------------------I took my 2015 Jeep Renegade in for an intermittent, but somewhat regular, powertrain issue. It briefly looses power to the wheels, and the traction control light comes on with some light grinding. Aside from the fact that I just recently purchased the new vehicle from Hondru this past December... the most concerning part about the issue became apparent when it happened as I was pulling out at an intersection. Thank god it was not heavy traffic that day. Immediately after the issue at the intersection, I drove the vehicle to dealership. Thinking ahead I had video taped the issue one of the previous times it had happened and showed it to the guy at the service department. Just to verify that I was not crazy, and it was happening. I was told that they will need to reproduce the issue, which I somewhat understood, and agreed to drop off the vehicle.The shop was closed Sunday when I dropped it off, so I got a call Monday to discuss why I dropped it off, at which point I was told they would follow up once they had an opportunity to look at the Jeep. I received a call on Tuesday, the next day, at which point they told me they drove the car ten miles and could not reproduce the issue. I explained to them that I have probably driven the car over 60 miles without the issue arising. I was not sure what else to do at that point, and at the service departments suggestion I agreed to leave the car with them until someone there was able to experience the issue. My understanding is that they would drive the vehicle when possible.6 days later I have not heard anything from the dealership, and it occurred to me that I had Progressives Snapshot tracking the vehicle, so I decided to take a look and see how much it was being driven. To my astonishment they had not driven the car in in the past 5 days. I then called the dealership and asked for an update. I was then told by the service representative I was going to call you later today, and he said they could not find anything. I have my doubts that they would have called if I hadnt. I then asked them if they had disconnected the Snapshot... just to make sure I was not wrong. I was told that they absolutely would not have disconnected it. I then asked why I was not contacted earlier, and the vehicle sat for 5 days without them notifying me, or letting me know I could come pick it up... since they had no intention of looking at it further. The service representative was silent, knowing I had caught him. Let me reiterate that...THEY HAD MISLEAD ME TO BELIVE THEY WERE WORKING ON THE VEHICLE FOR 5 DAY, AND WERE DOING NOTHING.A simple call Wednesday saying that there was nothing they could do would have been better then leaving me without a vehicle for 5 days! I only have my one car... let me know how easy it is to get around for a week without a vehicle.

Be careful of warranty service here. It cost me $88.00 to have a vacuum hose diagnosed and reconnected. Yes, under warranty!Never again guys!!Also recommended I replace front brakes and rotors - only 38,000 miles on vehicle.Hmmmm, can you say upsell?

My experience was execellent! From the moment I stepped out of my previous car, I was greeted and offered assistance without any hassel. When I spoke to the salesman, Casey, he took the time to listen to my needs and concerns with financing. Both he and the sales manger, Jason, worked with me and went over all my options and helped me choose the best one. Casey also helped me set up my bluetooth and onstar trials and because my sale was after the detailing service was gone for the evening, he set me up for an apiontment for my car to be detailed at another date and time. Execellent services from all involved in my purchase and not only did they all take to explian and listen to my questions about my car, but even took time to talk about other things non car related. Great experience!

I hope $71 in a diagnostic labor charge was worth losing out on a possible $600+ part and labor job and a $40,000+ used Cadillac.I went to Hondru for the SECOND time in one year due to a recall about a recall on my 2007 Trailblazer SS. Yes a recall about a recall. Chevrolets cheap decision to fix something has now cost me 6 hours of my life and productivity. But is a free fix, so I guess I should be satisfied? This is not Hondus fault, rather Chevrolet as a whole, BUT, Hondru is one of the many faces of Chevrolet and they failed as I will explain below. During this second stint there to fix the same issue twice I asked the service manager if the technician can check out the vibration in my steering. He said they were busy but he would drive it. Tech came out to me and asked me specifics before he drove it down the road, which is all he said he would do. At the completion of my appointment I have a $75 bill for diagnosing what they think is the issue. First of all, if you cant pinpoint it, how can you charge me. Second of all, I am there because of an issue caused by Chevrolet, otherwise I would not be there. Third, I was not told or asked that the tech was going to put my car on the lift and pull my wheels and get in there; again, checking out the car to me was driving it down the road and telling me what you think, which is what they communicated to me would happen.Now, I respectfully addressed the service technicians boss (I assume) with the above details, and he pretty much said sorry it is what it is, like I should have no problem with what occurred, and told me when I was ready to bring it back in for the work to let him know..... HA! are you kidding me? The right thing to do for a good customer centric long-term thinking business would be to say hey man, we know you are here for a recall on a recall that has nothing to do with you or us. We checked out your truck quick and here is what we found, but we arent going to charge you since we only spent about 30 minutes doing something and again you are out time and money for having to be here.Its not about the menial amount of $75. Its the principal. So again, I hope that $75 dollars for the service manager guy was worth losing out on further parts and labor work, and any interest I had in buying a used Cadillac CTS-V will now be channeled elsewhere, which all would have easily totaled more than $40,000.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is obvious to me that the salesmen and managers I encountered were effectively trained in how to make the customer feel special. From the beginning, they answered all of my stupid questions with a great deal of patience and attention. They made sure I knew all of the options available and didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t want or need. Their candor was refreshing. I love my new 2015 chevy cruze and the great deal they gave me makes it all the sweeter.
