Computer service appointment system does not work. Were able to fit me in. Left trash in truck and moved exterior mirrors for no reason. Price was reasonable for service. Staff person sitting with a puppy did not greet me. Not sure why he was in service area if he was not an employee

We had a very positive experience with Herb Jones Dealership. We had a tire blowout on I-65 near Elizabethtown. When we got to the dealership, Service Rep Brian Hash called several local tire companies to see if they had the same type replacement tire in stock. We ended up having to spend overnight when Brian called the next morning that the tire had arrived. He got us taken care of and back on the road for another four hours to home. Went in for warranty work, was greeted at my car by garage manager,very nice man. Waited maybe 20 minutes in a very nice relaxing lobby. When work was done he came and walked me to my car and I was on my way.

I purchased my car from here two years ago. I have had it serviced every time at Herb Jones. They are absolutely awesome. From scheduling the appointment (reminding me that its time to schedule an appointment :)), dropping my vehicle, and walking me through everything that they completed and the results. They have awesome customer service and every time go above and beyond. They even detailed my car for me the last time. I wouldnt go anywhere else to get my car serviced. They are just the absolute best and recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere to get their car serviced!

My husband and I went to this dealership in hopes of leaving with a vehicle. After finding that perfect car, the sales rep, acted as though he was in a hurry to go home. We were attempting to talk about numbers but the sales rep decided after they dropped the price a whole $100.00, he was done. So, you lost a sale. Every other dealership we have dealt with has been more than happy to come to an agreement. Even if it takes a few extra minutes.So we will find a dealership that has the time to work with us.

Wonderful service department , I have no doubt that my car will always be taken care of while at the dealership. No one likes having to get your car serviced but you all make it a wonderful experience. Will def recommend to others.

If you want to be swindled out of money for fees they make up, and have terrible customer service, look no further!! In all seriousness though if you have a gm vehicle do not I repeat do not take your car here!!! Take your car to a different gm dealer. They actually have the worst service department Ive ever had to deal with. I promise you thats saying alot. If you want great customer service and not to be fooled out of any money, take your car to big m or even to a swoops gm dealership.

Roberta was amazing and deserves a 5 star rating. This review is based on the dealership overall. I was buying a car out of state and read an ad about a car on the lot. I reached out and Roberta helped me. The issues i have come from various posts that other salesmen had posted. In the ad it clearly states the car came with new tires. So i didnt bother to ask Roberta since it was posted it had new tires. It also shows on the carfax that it had a maintence inspection. Once i finally recieved the car i found it had 2 dry rotted tires, air filter box had an air filter from 2008, 2 keys one of which is the wrong key amd the other barely starts the car. They also failed to even detail the vehicle before it left the lot and other minor maintenance had not been done. Im disappointed that a car dealer would allow its salesman to post fraud ads and send a car out in this shape to a customer. I bought a car from auction for $1500 and it came with 4 new tires, fully detailed, 4 keys and road ready. I paid $4500 for this same car make and model and it came in way worse shape. I would expect a lot more from a professional dealer. Slick Nick in a back alley would have at least gave me working keys....Response: Correct, while it is an older vehicle your employees should be held accountable for there Facebook posts stating that the car has something it does not. And for basic maintenance to not be done before sending the car to a person spending money is also not ok. I mean it cost like 15 bucks for a set of keys and to even have a detailed car. I mean at least post of in the ad being sold as traded if you cant do basic stuff.

If you want your car fixed right this is the place. I had bought a car from a different dealer and had a lot of issues. Herb Jones took good care of my many issues. Herb Jones will always be my car dealer.

Not so good - Prior to taking my vehicle in for service, I inquired about taking competitor coupons. I was told they did not but the rep asked if I was military. I told him no, but there are military in my household. He told me to have them come in with me and bring their ID - I would get the discount. Upon pickup up my vehicle at checkout, they were not honoring their word. First they told me nobody was at the dealership to process the discount, then they told me they were not going to honor their word because my name did not match the military ID. I explained what happened and they said they couldnt verify what I said - pretty much called me a liar (rude and insulting). I asked them to call the rep that told me I would get the discount. They said they didnt have a phone number for him. I suggested looking in their employee file - they found a phone number, called the rep, verified my story, then proceeded to tell me it was a misunderstanding (like I was a liar and it was my fault some how).No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience, no sorry to take up your time, nothing...just pay us the $1,000.00 for services and move on.Well, move on is what I shall do - to another dealership.

Poor service. I had an appoitment at 0730 and it took 3 hours to remove and replace one front valve cover on a V6 3800 for a recall repair. When I ask about the status at 1000 the service writer got snippy and said I will have them stop. I explained to this guy the car was done and sitting outside and he said just because its outside doesnt mean its done. Im a mechanic with 39 years of experience and no way no how does it take 3 hours to do that job. Probably not using your service department again. Check the recall for under hood fire 99 monte carlo I bet it doesnt give 3 hours for that task.

When I got my truck everything was done before I got there... My time is valuable and they were fast to get me on my way.When itsi time for my next new truck I will be calling

Stopped in on my way out of town for vacation after my car wash ripped off a mirror on my Hummer. I needed some help and the technicians were off on Saturday. The sales staff jumped all over my problem and helped me get my mirror back for my holiday plans. They would not charge me and were happy to do me a favor. Most notably was the fact the owner did most of the labor himself.Your dealership made a friend for life and a new customer when I buy my next vehicle. Looked at a vehicle, didnt test drive it. Salesman didnt know anything about the vehicle aa it was not a Chevy product. Received an email from Mark Jones a few days later asking about our experience trying to shop for a vehicle there. Answered truthfully anout our experience, no reply from Mark Jones. Then another email with a questionnaire from Kim Fugate Sales manager answered the questionnaire truthfully ahain no answer. Not sure about the purpose of all this if no one ever replies to our concerns
