If you are going to buy new Flooring dont waste your time calling anyone else. We just moved into our new house, and needed immediate carpet replacement next day for our Kids Bedrooms. Rusty Eden took his time to explain the different quality of Carpet and recommendations for padding. He was fantastic to work with. Best part is is made sure that I didnt overpay!Ed was our installer and came in to work on his day off to make sure that we had carpet installed the day before thanksgiving. The work was exceptional and far exceeded any expectations we had. I dealt mostly with Rusty on carpet after a water main broke in our basement. He took a lot of time going over all the carpet & padding choices with us (and they have a LOT of them) to make sure we got the right carpet.Price was competitive with the big box stores but a lot more choices & expert help in picking the right one makes for a much better experience.Installers did a great job in a timely manner & Rusty made it a point to come back & inspect the finished job personally & let us know that they stand behind the warranty & installation 100%.Thank you to Rusty & the whole Edens crew!

I had 5 rooms completed in my home; Edens was quick in ordering and laying flooring. I ended up needing another piece of flooring because I knocked down a wall, and Mike was very friendly and willing to help. Strange experience. After calling to make sure he would take a job in my area, I drove 1.5 hours to get to his shop and discuss my project with him. We discussed the type of flooring I was interested in and Mike acted very enthusiastic. I left feeling quite hopeful. He was supposed to follow up on finding an installer, and get back to me. I didnt hear back for a few weeks and called. It was like I was talking to a completely different person. He was rude. Apparently, he had changed his mind about doing the job, so I asked him directly. He denied it. However, I knew I wouldnt hear from him again, and I didnt. The whole thing wasted my time and cost me delays.

I love my new flooring! I am really thankful for Edens Carpet One in helping me out with this huge purchase decision because they were extremely knowledgeable and had a large selection.
