Good service fair prices, Im sure you can find cheaper but they seem to employ knowledgeable mechanics, they have a nice facility, are very friendly, & seem honest enough. 2nd car Ive taken for brakes 1st I knew needed new rear rotors (grinding all the way there). 2nd had a rotor that need turning but did not need brakes when we were sure it did. Nice waiting room coffee, snacks, etc...

They left us sitting for almost 40 minutes waiting to tell us they couldnt fix my tire as we watched the guys in the back just sit around and talk and on top of this the guy said he had a tire to replace mine but then 10inutes later tried to tell me he had to find the tire because I was driving a Chevy and we were at a does shop I mean come on a tire is a tire then he tried to tell us that it was a special size and it is not it is a 225/60/16 a very common size then had the nerve to say it was going to be another 2 hours before he could send someone to get me a tire so at this point I had already wasted over an hour of my time with them having racks full of tires to be sold. So I will never go back there they are ripping people off.

An oil change is $50. Service was faster than I expected. Lots of magazines (usually current issue) in the waiting area.If you get a note in the mail about a deal on an oil change, you have to show them or they will charge you full price.

We got our vehicle through Southeast Ford and use Quick Lane for all our service needs, from a-z. Theyve always been fast and reliable. Weve always been treated with respect. They communicate with the customer and always kept us informed on anything needing attention.Recently, July 2017, we went in to get the throttle body replaced on our 2013 Jeep Patriot. The final cost was exactly what we had been quoted. The job was done in the time frame we were told. Kelsi was very helpful as always. Steven went above and beyond by bringing the vehicle under the awning for me to get in!August 2017, oil change time. Without an appointment, was in an out! Perfect service as usual!

Good place to get your tires and get your car serviced all while you do your shopping. Which if your like me and dont want to do a lot of running around. And if you hate having to sit and be bored waiting on your car to be serviced then this is the place to go because there is always plenty of things to look at in Walmart.

Very slow service, on other cars in front of me and it took over an hour to do an oil change and tire rotation. Did not do a proper tire rotation, just moved the front tires to the back and the back to the front. Did not move the back left to the front right and the back right to the front left and vice versa. Sad for the size of the building and nice waiting room. Staff spent more time standing around the lady at check in than working on the vehicles that are on line to be serviced.

Be careful with these people. I dropped my F-150 off on 8/2/2018 to have the rear brake lines repaired and my transmission examined. I was given an estimate of approx. $160 by Kelsie for the brake work. Over a month later the bill was $400+ and that the vehicle was still leaking brake fluid. My transmission had not been examined. Here is the breakdown:As stated, I dropped the truck off on 8/2/2018. After several days and my vehicle not being moved from the spot in which I left it, I stopped by to check. I was told that parts had to be ordered. On 8/10/2018, I get a call from Kelsie at Quick Lane telling me that other items needed to be repaired--minor things to be expected such as washers, fluid, and a brake caliper. I was fine with that and authorized. These additional expenses were around $100.I was also told that the entire fuel line running the length of the truck would need to eventually be replaced. At no time was I told that brake fluid was still leaking and that the transmission could not be evaluated until ALL of the suggested (not required) work was complete. The cost for this was $700 for labor alone. I declined the extra work at the time and was told by Kelsie that they would check out my transmission after they completed the brake work.I went to pick up the truck today (9/5) as it had been sitting in a different spot for two to three days. The man working said that they truck had been ready for pickup for several days. He argued with me whether or not an employee had called me to let me know... they hadnt. He also informed me that the transmission was not examined because the truck was still leaking brake fluid. I told him that I had not been made aware that the brake lines were still leaking. Again, he argued with me that Kelsie had called and informed me of that... she hadnt. The last thing that I heard from her was that parts were to be ordered and that they suggested that I made additional repairs--not that they were necessary to complete the requested work. Now the bill had gone from the quoted $160 to over $400... and my truck still wasnt repaired. The gentleman was gracious enough to discount the total bill somewhat, however Im no better off than I was a month ago when I left the truck with them.I was willing to give Quick Lane Tire & Auto another chance after a bad experience several years ago. I made a poor decision in hindsight. I suppose it is always a good idea to take photos/get copies of estimates as well as log when you communicate with businesses. Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center wont hesitate to argue with you even when they dont have the first note to back it up.EDIT: I went down to pick up my truck after I got off work around 6:30 p.m. The battery was dead where it had sat there for so long without being started.

I have never personally been to the place, but I will never be going there either. I called for an estimate to check on an oil leak and a wobbly tire. First off the estimate was $75.00. That price was so shocking I thought well maybe I could have them check out a few other things and get my moneys worth out of it. I said um while on the phone while forming this thought and the person on the phone said what? with a very rude tone. Not paying $75.00 for attitude, no thanks.
