Went to get a Fossil watch sized. Service was quick and efficient. He actually looked at my wrist and sized it without measuring. He was almost accurate. Seems to really love and enjoy his job. Would highly recommend.

My fiancé and I went to Watch Station on 10/07/2021 and Amanda and Chris were incredibly nice. They took the time to answer some of our questions. They show us some of the watches and gave us alternative of what we were looking for. They went above an beyond to make us feel heard and appreciated as customers. They exceeded our expectations and the experience was phenomenal. They both have excellent customer service skills. I will definitely recommend this store and specially ask for Amanda, Manger and Chris!!!

Sales associate was very helpful. Knew her stuff and even told us which of their stores would carry more of what we were looking for.

Today my Mom and her husband visited this store, she was mistreated by the salesperson named Jaselyn not only this person refused to answer their questions about the merchandise .They pick what they wanted and try to pay for it the person asked if they were going to return it later. My mom told her she always shops there and was never treated like that by anyone and if she was not feeling well she shouldnt be there.. She paid and when she was leaving the store Ms Jaselyn and the other salesperson cursed my mom and told her to leave the store. . This is sad she told my Mom she was the manager there for 7 years I hope the person who really is responsible for this store investigate this situation.

The best store to buy watches... i used to live in Jersey in the past and used to buy lot of watches in watchstation as they of awesome offers .. but i moved to Virginia and north Carolina and there were not any watch stations nearby.. i come to newyork and jersey visit for the long weekend and was here and brought watches theh were very helpful and hot watches at a very good deal.

I regularly like to be honest in these experiences, but this place we bought a watch with my partner but he in particular is very curious and asked about the functions of said garment, the ladies there were very unfriendly that they did not want to give him information about it, very bad attention from these people. I say this because if it is due to lack of customer service training, I think it must be given to them.
