Dropped off Amazon return on Saturday. It’s Tuesday as I write this and tracking still hasn’t been updated. There were three BIG bags just of Amazon envelopes when I dropped this return off which should’ve warned me. Called today just to find out if they were picked up only to get transferred three times, and have the last person consistently ignore me, talk over me, and even gaslight me when I had to raise my voice because she wouldn’t allow me to speak. Amazon won’t care if I dropped off the item, they only care if they got it and if this doesn’t move, I’m out over a hundred dollars. I need to drop off a package of much higher value soon but if they are going to lose this and gaslight me over it, then I don’t care to trust them with anymore of my packages.

They didn’t help me carry a super heavy and large package even though I told them I wasn’t able to carry it. I think I just hurt my back.You opened after hours and I thank you for that but that doesn’t excuse your employee from not helping when I told him I was unable to carry the box.

Wait times are extremely short, in the range of about 3-5 minutes to get all your packaging info/shipment done and ready. I normally go to this UPS Store for some Amazon returns I might have, or when shipping items through selling apps such as Mercari or Poshmark. Staff is attentive, professional, and knowledgeable in all facets. Never had a bad experience and appreciate the assistance so far. Definitely recommend.

The ups store is great in general but this location today not so much. This was the first and likely the last time I will go here.I needed a label printed to ship an item and I was told by the representative that they were having issues with the printer and were unable to print my shipping label. So I ended up having to go to another ups store to have this done.

Where is my package??? My package says its stuck at your facility. And reading the fashion nova reviews, a lot of other peoples packages are stuck there too. Do you guys have someone that steals anything fashion nova? Did you lose it? I would like an explanation

While I appreciate the assistance that the employees provided myself and my agency, I am appalled by the circumstances surrounding the situation. I work for a not for profit agency in the area, and we receive many packages and donations for the individuals that we serve. UPS somehow has been forwarding our mail and packages to a random address in Elizabeth. This has caused a tremendous disturbance within the agency and frankly left our individuals without needed supplies during this pandemic. There is absolutely no excuse for a business account and our mail to be forwarded to someone’s home address.

The employees at this location are very friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommended.

Thank god for the staff at this UPS! They helped get a huge package from my car and I’m so grateful. I have an injury that’s not obvious but I was dreading getting this package to the store. Thankfully, the staff here was amazing. Without pushback, they hurried to my aid. We need more people like these guys in the world!

The website says you close at 8pm not 7pm can this be changed to reflect the correct time.

Great service as always. Came in with a box that needed a little tape and they taped it for me and zapped my app and put a label on it. They are great and courteous and respectful. Quick in and out Thank you for all that you do!!!!

Had an great experience there. They helped me repackage my poorly packaged shipment. Even went out of their way to cut pieces of Cardboard to fill holes in my packaging. Then helped me retape it. Took their time with me and made me feel like a valued customer!

Worst UPS store! Spend $47 for overnight shipment. package never got there. Spend $49 again for another overnight shipment. 2nd day later, both package got to the destination. Store refused to give a refund. Owner Ben stated I should have not ship package again. Worst customer service. I will never use this store again!!! Manager was very offensive and did not show any concern about my situation.

I went in late last night to send an item I had sold in an app. Kam was the gentleman who was helping and he had asked me a couple of questions about my item and what the process was to which I happily answered. He then very politely asked to see and he was able see that I was being scammed. I couldn’t believe It. I was in such a hurry that I didn’t pay attention to it myself. I’m extremely happy that Kam was there to basically save the day for me. He is definitely an outstanding member of not only his work place at UPS but also society.

Ben and his staff run a quality business and are very customer-focused. I do repeat jobs with them for mailing and notary services. Highly recommend them.

First of the GPS direction was wrong. Then the staff spoke poorly English. Then to top it of the owner Ben was nasty and wouldnt hear what u have to say. I will never stop in there and will definitely call the ups headquarters to complain. He is a Male that hate when a woman gives an opinion or tells them what they are doing wrong to a client.

I searched for a UPS store close to me and this was the third closest. I basically drove further because of the rave reviews. And, I mostly certainly was NOT disappointed. Indeed, I had the pleasure of being attended to by, the much praised, Kam. He was extremely nice, accommodating, and helpful. Kam sealed my box, provided the address label pouch, and affixed the pouch to the box, all at no extra charge. He even gave me extra pouches for future use. All this he performed with a warm and engaging personality. The staff and service here are superb. Kam is just awesome.Please patronize this UPS store for the services they provide. You will not be disappointed.

I was required by lawyers abroad to send them an urgent document. The clerk by the name of Christian I believe was extremely disrespectful to me for no reason. In addition, the document did not go through! Bad service from a bad employee!
