Ms. Carmen, is the heartbeat of all daily operations. Ms. Kareem Halper-Medina really knows her profession well, and she is very helpful. All equipment is guaranteed. Its the kind of place that I trust.

I had hoped to be tested and at least order my hearing AIDS if they weren’t too expensive the same day but was told I’d have to get a note from my ent that they were medically necessary. I only took one star because I figured it may be an insurance company thing. The reason for taking the one star is what is the point of giving me a hearing test if your test doesn’t prove I need hearing aids. Now I have to wait even longer to get the ent appointment to get paperwork filled out. On the 4 star side The receptionist are really friendly, the lady that gives you the hearing test is kind. The parking however is not very good so be prepared to walk a tad if you don’t luck up on street parking or be prepared to pay for parking.

Staff were extremely pleasant and respectful of our time due to transportation. Kareen made sure I asked all the questions I had regarding my concerns about my moms hearing aid and expectations being this is her first day.

I liked the customer service. The Doctor is super nice. Very recommendable place.
