Zales was good did a up grade on my wedding band I love it the one I wanted when i got the 1st one but didnt have it in white gold they have good jewelry and with the the discount and percentage off its not bad great place shop

I purchased a wedding band for my husband. When I got home I realized that the sales associate added a $150 warranty I did not ask for and a random non tax fee of $20. When I went back to return it a different sales associate was very apologetic and very professional. Based on my return experience I am changing it from 1 star to 4 stars.

I went into this location to see the most amazing sales rep Stephanie!!!! I was intrigued by a ring last minute and she pulled out the ring to show my husband and I. As Stephanie is walking over to us a short white sales associate yells “are they buying it! I want to show it to my customer”!!!!! Stephanie handled the situation with grace and stated “I need to show my customer the ring first”. Ultimately my husband upgraded me on the spot since I fell in love with the ring. The service Stephanie provides is unmatched. She is so patient and so kind. Ask for Stephanie! If she’s not there run straight out the door!!!!!

Samantha was amazing she was very informative answered all our questions she even joked around with us. I’m glad I decided to go check them out so worth my time.

As soon as I walked in this store I felt like home. Santha explained everything in detail. She is super sweet and helped us get the most beautiful wedding set ever and for an amazing price. I highly recommend this store. I am definitely coming back for more jewelry. Super super happy with my visit. FYI their higiene protocol is A100 everything is desinfected and she cleans every jewelery you touch before and after. Amazing experience

A very bad service I bought a ring and they took too long to deliver it first than in a week then two and it took more than a month to arrive every time I spoke with them they told me that they would return the call in 20 min that they had to review their system never received a call back if you want something they dont have it and they take too long there are other places that even if they dont have a good service they dont take too long I wouldnt recommend it I never think its only important to them that you give them your money not your satisfaction

Great Price. Awesome Salesperson. Simple Process.On New Years Day my husband and I decided we wanted to get married in four months. As you can imagine there were a ton of tasks to tackle and things to buy. We started ring shopping 5 weeks before the big day which everyone said was cutting in close. Apparently the standard is three to four months. *shrug*Stephanie, (I dont recall her last name) is a great sales person. She was not pushy, actually very patient. We tried on a few rings and chose two. My ring had to be sent off to be resized and both rings polished. Stephanie assured me everything would be ready in time and it was! She called me right away to let me know the rings had arrived. I look forward to shopping with Stephanie and Zales for future jewelry purchases.

If there was a negtative star I would definetly give them that score. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I COULD EVER COME ACROSS WITH, specially the manager of the store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.She is RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, SARCASTIC AND RACIST.You have lost another customer due to your incompetence. PLEASE DO HIRE NEW PEOPLE, someone who is more efficient and friendly, at least.

The employees here need more training. It took them 30 minutes to find our zales account, and even when they found it, they still had no idea what to do ! I try to avoid this location when possible.

Angel and Taisha were so awesome in helping me find the perfect bridal set for me. They were very patient and friendly even tho we went to the store a hour before closing. It was closing time and they never rushed us out. They were very helpful during our check out. I would highly recommend Zales Outlet Store in Jersey Gardens Mall.

Writing this as I stand in the store. Staff isn’t friendly AT ALL. I came in here on my lunch break with my coworker for a cleaning and a ring check that I have to do every 6 months. As we stood here, we were never asked if we needed help until I had to stalk a staff member. 2 white females walked in 7 minutes after us and the staff members jumped and all greeted the women asking them if they were being served. Meanwhile NOT once did anyone acknowledge us.

Horrible horrible horrible. I came looking for a Pandora bracelet, the people in there were very uptight and not friendly at all. The sales rep. ended up selling me something called Persona. She said there wasnt a store that sales Pandora in the mall. Came to find you that the store around the corner from them, JARED has them!!! Needless to say, Ill never be shopping here again..my wife felt the difference on both bracelets right away and they were the same price!!!! What a bad way to make business!

I visit most Zale’s in the area since my bridal set is from here and I stop in to get it cleaned every once in a while & this place is probably the worst. Inattentive, you always have to approach them because they don’t approach you, and if you don’t look like you’re buying they don’t bother. Go to Woodbridge or Menlo. Customer service is much better buying or not.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! EVERY-TIME I COME TO THIS STORE I FEEL IGNORED! When the staff doesn’t wanna help you they simply avoid making eye contact with you. I stood there for 10 minutes and if it wasn’t because I was there for something important I would have just walk out smfh

HORRIBLE SERVICE! The two ladies there seem like they didnt want to help me at all. I was looking for Pandora items and continued to ask some questions and not 1 time did the ladies come over physically to assist me they looked bothered by my questions and continued to sit on a chair they have in the back! Walked out this location is TERRIBLE!!!
